Der Support (Lucas/Sonya) vertröstet mich seit Wochen mit Standard-Antworten wie „Personalmangel“ oder „Sicherheitsprüfungen“, ohne ein konkretes Datum zu nennen. Mein Konto ist vollständig verifiziert.

Ich habe diesen Fall nun offiziell bei Casino Guru (Beschwerde-ID: 205188) gemeldet und werde auch die Lizenzbehörde informieren, sollte das Geld nicht umgehend überwiesen werden. Ich warne andere Spieler davor, hier einzuzahlen, da Gewinne offensichtlich mit fadenscheinigen Ausreden zurückgehalten werden.

After reading up on Wager Tales by reviews it is obvious, something not right with majority saying "they don't pay out". I hope they're all wrong because I just pulled out $6KAU. Don’t use this casino they don’t pay any withdrawals. I’ve been waiting for my withdrawal now since the 16th of November for £210 and they won’t even acknowledge the fact that they owe it to me. They keep saying they’ve got security concerns and they are doing their security checks and then that’s all they’ll tell me so I recommend nobody joining them.

If I could give no stars I would . They a fraudulent trading platform who have taken me for a good thousand pounds
I had won money they never processed at £1895 then I took my winnings up to £3000 and they never processed that . Then left my winnings at £3307 . They-had never processed this too. Just an ongoing scam casino and I have written to the CGA Curacao Gaming Association by can’t see me recovering anything whatsoever now .
They should call themselves scamtales1 , scamtales2 and 3 next .
They had fixed their codes on line too where they had even logged into my
Game play itself and changed my own password . Where they had stopped 🛑 my gameplay too . When I was winning . Where I lost another £800 in staked bets at £100 a hand they controlled . Where the screen had frozen too . Where they had sent error codes as part of the black jack scam itself too . I took photos of this too . As screen shots I will forward to CGA . I want them to be closed down too. Just nasty 🤮 operators and they had conned me a sufficient amount of money too. Over a £1000 They are not operating in the states too . Telling me they were in New York .Probably in some derelict building somewhere . Running it all from a shitty little office .With all their rigged software too .

This company had never processed my withdrawal for £1895 and then made me play on after . I then had £3000 in my account I wanted to withdraw and then took this to £3307 .They had never processed it . They then gave me a different password to access my account for no reason whatsoever leaving £210 to withdraw after manually stopping the withdrawal of £3307 and they have still not paid by BACS . Where they wanted a full bank statement showing my IBAS number too . I wrote to the Curacao Gaming Control Pannel today as they had defrauded me out of £700 to £800 playing blackjack and froze all my cards whilst playing on line with winning hands having black jack too on £100 bets never paid too . Also where they had over ride electronic technologies to make sure the dealer always had black jack after winning the money after this period too . This is a con trading company and I had reported them for fraud to the CGC ( Curacao 🇨🇼 Gaming Control Authority) . Where they had definitely use fraud technologies with online accounts to make sure people do not receive what they are requesting to withdraw too . Where I had requested £3307 to be withdrawn being left with £210 in my account . Which they had manually withdrawn themselves too at £3307 not by me .Obviously being why they issued me a different password too .Where they are fraudulent too. My advice is stay well clear as you will not be paid. Not even money you have won . A definite scam foreign casino set up . Also unregulated through a curacao. 🇨🇼 gaming control and not a British gambling commission board obviously being cheap to register .
As by law they have to pay consumers immediately upon requesting a withdrawal for funds too as other reputable casinos do. Where they then abuse their own position as a casino on line with fraud technologies to prevent people having their money ,

cant withdraw which takes 7-21 days.they are asking for my cvv on my card which i didnt think was right.think this site is a scam as im trying to withdraw £1400 but having issues since 7/11/2025
