My delivery was prompt, the product (Large Truck Pet Bed) was as advertised. Instructions were clear and interaction with company rep was appreciated. I feel this Bed stands up to what is stated and I am happy with my purchase.

My dog LOVES his new car seat! He jumped right in and was so relaxed though the whole trip. MUCH better than before without it where he was very anxious and bracing himself at every turn. Wagging Rights was very good to work with as well. There was a couple of week delay in shipment because I wanted a specific color, but they communicated with me the whole time so I would know the status. It was packed very well when it arrived. Now I can’t wait to go on a long trip and will have peace of mind that my dog is safe. One of the best purchases I have made for him (and me)!

No instructions on how to install/hook up in car. It doesn’t seem to work with my Ford SUV. No instructions to return.

Easy to order and install. Bed is large enough for my dog and does not move around the back seat.

Loving the bed so far. My pup isn’t super rough on beds so hopefully this holds up nicely. Love that the cover is washable.

I had such a great experience ordering from this company! The dog bed I originally ordered was temporarily out of stock in the color I selected, and I really appreciated the owner reaching out to me personally. He explained the situation and gave me the option of choosing another color that was available right away or waiting for the original color I had ordered.

The communication was excellent, and I never felt like I was left wondering about the status of my order. It’s refreshing to receive this kind of personal customer service, especially when ordering online. I chose to wait for my original color, and I’m so glad I did. The dog bed was definitely worth the wait! I would absolutely order from them again.

I love these beds. I purchased 2 in June and unfortunately have had an issue with one of them. Customer service has been excellent and my issue has been resolved completely to my satisfaction. Would highly recommend and so would my dogs.

I did not keep the bed. It just didnt work for my pup because of 2 torn ccls but this company is awesome. They've been responsive and the product is soooo well made. I wished I could keep it just because of that. In a world where everyone is trying to get something over on you, I never felt that way with this company and they were with me every step of the way. Please buy stuff from them!!!

Shipping, communication with the team, and receiving the item was easy.
The reviews that shared the XL front “falls” if there is space between seats is accurate for my Honda CRV, but I still feel better about using the anchored leash system so my dogs can’t roam.
They like it as a normal dog bed as well.
I wonder if there’s a way to engineer the bed so on the shorter seats it’s not hanging down. But over all the product is what I expected and I’m glad I made the purchase.

I bought a Wagging Rights X Large bed for my dog when we drove to France - a 3 day road trip to get there. We set the dog bed up on the back seat and it was perfect for our trip and our girl was close to us too. It was easy to fit and secure. My only observation would be for a big dog such as ours, the leads to attach to her harness could have been slightly longer but otherwise it was perfect and she was very comfortable and safe.

I ordered an XL dog bed to make travel with my Bernese Mountain Dog safer. I was very impressed with the quality of the materials, the thoughtfulness of the design, the timeliness of the delivery, and ultimately, the personalized customer service I received. While the bed did not end up working out (a combination of my car's size and my dog's temperament), I believe 100% that it would have been the perfect solution, had it not been for my unique circumstances. I explained this to Max at Wagging Rights, and was met with understanding, a couple of different solutions to choose from, clear communication, patience, and kindness about my return. This is the kind of customer service that will make me a loyal customer and/or advocate. I'm telling everyone I know about Wagging Rights and hoping these products, made with care and intentionality, reach the right people!

We are planning a 3 day road trip from California to Colorado and needed to make sure our pups are safe and not trying to be in our laps while we drive. As we all know that's very hard, distracting and not safe. We put together the bed and the pups already seem comfortable in it. I'm impressed that the bed is made so well; zippers, cover, pillows etc. We have not used it in the car, but are already very happy with the strap/harness system to secure the bed in the backseat and secure out 2 pups. We have 2 pups under 10 lbs so one bed works really well

Easy to order, fast delivery, easy to put together, and I love knowing my dogs are safe and secure when we are on the road.

Great bed. Easy to set up and appears durable (I’ve only had it for a short time so far). My dog loves riding in it during drives. Love the principle of keeping our dogs safer. Just recommended it to everyone.

Besides getting constantly hounded to leave a review, this company has been good. My dog seems to like his bed. We haven't had it long enough to use all the features. I plan on removing some of the stuffing as it's too bulky. We got the L or XL size. I believe it's well made and worth the $120 I think I paid for it.

I have tried three other highly rated car beds for my Standard Poodle. Not at all impressed with those.
I assembled this in the living room and she wanted to get in to try it immediately. I had a little confusion with the installation, but referred to the website. All great!

I’m on the second XL Dog dock now after one of the D rings detached while in the car. Wagging rights sent a replacement which we have had now for less than a week. Went to the shop for milk and had my 6.5 month puppy clipped in. When I came back a minute later, she was walking freely around the car with the strap hanging from her harness.

An email has been sent to Max to request a full refund rather than a replacement as the bed really is not fit for purpose.

If something like this can happen with the car being stationary, I dread to think what would have happened if it was a crash.
