GREAT PRODUCT AND DOGS LAYED DOWN ON IT RIGHT AWAY. DELIVERY WAS EFFICIENT

Ugh, Facebook ads got me again. Purchased this a month or so ago and just got to opening up the package to try it out. The box advertised that it was “Made in China,” and that is exactly the quality that I got. The zippers on the shell were malfunctioning - when I closed it, the other side was opening (had to open and close a few times before it stayed zipped), and one of the pillows/stuffing had already busted and when I fluffed it out as they vacuum pack it, it was blowing out microfibers. We will see how it withstands time, but the first impression has already said a lot. If anybody is reading this review hope it balances it out with all the glowing reviews that it pushes to have a more balanced perspective and lead to better consumer choices!

Ordered during Labor Sale and learned they didn't have the items in stock even though I got a confirmation of my order email. I received an email saying stock would be in 3 weeks and asked if I wanted to wait or get a refund. I asked for a refund only to receive a 2nd email again asking me to wait another the 3 weeks for a small 10% credit with no refund processed yet. I again said no thank and to please refund me today. No response yet. This is really frustrating.

Edit: 9/11 - Customer Support has been responsive and has processed my refund. I appreciate the quick follow.

I ordered one Medium bed. We received it and liked it. I ordered a second. I decided not to keep the second order and requested a return label. The response was slow but I did receive the return along with answers to questions I requested. They definitely came through. Thank you! My poodle is happy! So am I

Ordered product yesterday. Today I was told they were out of stock and I can either 1) wait 3 weeks; 2) swap for another product; or 3 refund. Yet, when you go to the website, they are still saying they are in stock. Scam - stay far away!!

Very happy with the product, used on a long London to Cornwall trip with a lively Fox Terrier. Dog very happy and relaxed the whole way and the product seems robust as well as comfortable.

They are standing behind their commitment to my product to me. The first one did not arrive and they have me as first on the list to get it when it’s back in stock.

I was so delighted with my first purchase for our new rescue dog Percy, so no hesitation buying a second one when we got a little sister for him Emmy.

The beds are so comfy, they love travelling in the car, as they feel safe, snuggled into them. Great harnesses, which gives us peace of mind and never have to worry they are not secure.

We went for a blue one and a pink one, so well made, we even bring them in doors at times and both fur babies love snuggling into them in the living room.

Great communication with the company, I would highly recommend for the quality and assurance alone, but it's also good to support small businesses when they deliver on quality!

Order arrived quickly, went together easily, and installed in the back seat of my car in seconds. Dog still getting used to it, but I think she likes it.

Very disappointed in waggingrights, unfortunately this bed large version is too big for my car and with a growing puppy it was not going to be good long term.
Contacted company but cus I’m 6 days over contacting them of the 30 days refund they are refusing to offer return. Don’t feel like 30 days is long enough to try test.

Not happy with product or customer service

This is a great, well-made product (or so it seems; I've only had it a week or so), and there's a very good YouTube instruction on how to set it up (although I would have appreciated a printed version in the box as well). My dog really seems safe in here. It's VERY padded. My only quibble (which actually isn't) is that the small/standard is really too small for my 30lb corgi mix (although he squeezes in). That said, I only have one back seat in my van, and this is the only size that would fit, so we're making it work.

There was a slight delay to delivery but the company were very professional and responded quickly to emails. Really impressed with their customer service. The car seat is brilliant for our sausage dog, he loves it. We feel reassured travelling in the car with the seats safety features. Really impressed!

Very unhelpful customer service. There were no clear instructions on how to secure the seat in the car and the medium was way smaller than the description. I bought 2 medium seats and tried to contact them for a refund and they wanted me to exchange 1 seat for an XL plus $30. I just want my money back!

I'm very disappointed in how this company runs its returns. There are vague instructions on the website and an email you have to hunt for that's on a completely different part of the website. Nowhere in that policy or in the packaging does it mention a return day window, but my return request was denied because of a so-called 30-day window.
Beware this company, I should've done my research into the returns process before I bought this bed.

The company processed my return, which I am very grateful for. I hope they update their website and orders portal for future customers to decrease the amount of confusion around this process.

My order came very quickly and I bought the X-Large for my Newfoundland we used it today to go the vet and it’s probably the calmest she’s ever been in the car she loved her hour ride to and from the vet in her new bed/car seat

The harness works!! I live in GA with a dog who pulls. This harness works. More importantly it doesn't add to the stress of heat. I highly reccomend this harness unlike some of the others ive tried. I give it a 17 out 10.

The best bed in a car for my border collie, we are in the car for long periods and this provides great protection and her own space. Definitely recommend

Easy to order, the order arrived quickly and in good condition. The product is excellent! It’s beautiful and I finally feel like a responsible parent using this! It’s so secure. Highly recommend!

Bed is of good quality and easy to set up. Delivery took a bit, but I was apprised of the delay (of about a week) by the company so I wasn’t worried. Remember to wait for at least 4 hours for the cushions to fluff out. I was confused at first. The only suggestion I would have is to specify a little more about the sizing. While one of our dogs (cocker) fits the medium, the other one (springer) may need a large. anyway, happy with the product and it fits perfect in the Tesla 3.

Purchased the XL bed on sale, but even so I do feel it is not worth the price tag of $175. Assembly was simple enough, but a hard copy instruction sheet or QR code with directions on assembly would be a good idea. My dog is also 16, and I think the pillows are too puffy for her to comfortably get on top of. I will probably have to remove the front or back pillow for the bed to remain usable. I may not end up using it at all, which again, $175 for this is really unfortunate. I like the concept but I think it does have a ways to go. Delivery was quick, though.
