We have 4 rescued golden retrievers. Each has its own story and issues. Brax our 12 year old senior was starting to struggle. We decided to give it a try. OMG what a difference it has made to him. I bought this for my 1 year old Sprollie, she was constantly shedding hair. It was everywhere and it was driving me crazy. I saw this collagen advertised on Facebook, I wasn’t convinced it would do the job but decided it was worth a try, the info said I’d notice a difference in 2 months. Well, it’s been a month and I am absolutely delighted with it. There’s a massive difference in her shedding, even my mum has stopped complaining about her hair shedding when we visit. It’s made my life so much easier and I’m no longer covered in dog hair! If anyone else has this problem I’d highly recommended giving this product a try.
My dog doesn’t need this for her bones or muscles as she is so young but prevention is better than cure.

Just 2 weeks onto using this for my 11 and half year old male lab and I can see the difference already. He's back to 4 x 20 min walks a day already !! Would highly recommend

After watching our little border terrier struggling to get onto sofa, into car or run , we were trying every joint supplement we could find. Nothing worked. Then we found wagglehound collagen, after 4 weeks she's back to enjoying life and jumping into my seat quicker than ever. She no longer looks depressed, stiff and like an old girl.

I'm not very good with technology and wanted to try Collegen on my Leonberg. She had an accident playing with a Labrador and landed acwaedly. She started limping so we took her to the vets. They did x-rays and said that nothing was broken, and the x-ray were clear. Then they said they wanted to operate. Said her cruisette muscle must be damaged. We didn't want to put her through an operation. As it's a long recovery time, so I found Wagglehound college.
She's doing so well on it. Appears to like the taste, and is much happier.
I somehow managed to do 2, orders, and they kept delivering to me. Anyway I emailed them. They explained I'd ordered twice, and cancelled one, so I was so pleased with the service.

I’ve been using your collagen product for a couple of months and do see an improvement in my dog’s arthritis . The last order took longer to arrive than the previous orders. Customer Service was great in responding to my concern and following up. I will continue to use this product.

I have been using the collagen product for about 3 weeks now and both my 10 year old Border Collie and my 6 year old Anatolian Shepherd are doing much better. My big guy had a tendon injury last year and has been limping on and off. After a few weeks of using this product, the limping has stopped completely. I am delighted. Both my dogs' fur is much softer and they are more playful.

I found the collagen product worked very well for my dachshund, who has arthritis. She was limping badly and the vet had prescribed Arthrocam which helped a little - and which she still takes. I did find that adding this collagen helped considerably - so much so that she now does the 'dachsie bounce' again.

My dogs do very well o this, my older dog seems to eat less poo (big plus) and is a lit livelier! She does seem less stiff. So I'm happy , they are happy and I had great contact with the customer service when I needed them , thank you

I’ve never had a customer service experience quite this excellent. I have a special needs pup who is about 95 in human years. She has quite a few co morbidities and Greg in Customer Service answered every one of my questions quickly (despite the time zone difference) and the product was received almost faster than if it were US based! These days top tier customer service doesn’t seem to be the norm. Well Waggle Hound is a different breed of amazingness. Thank you for the best experience and a wonderful product.

I was sceptical at first but the supplement has really restored my dogs sparkle. She is 11 years old, a cancer survivor and had lost condition . She is now 'stormin' again.

Waggle Hound was very helpful with my needs. I wasn’t ready for another two bottles to be sent. They refunded really fast too. Very appreciative of their help.

I found a charge on my credit card from Waggle Hound, but assumed it was in error. Never heard of this company, yet they sent me some of their products. My dog would never be able to use any of this stuff - not needed.
I've sent numerous emails to the company but have received no responses. I don't believe this is a valid company and certainly not trustworthy. I received a soaking wet box of products never ordered. 👎

Looked at a site for a waggle ball, price per ball, £7.99, when I chkd my account 2 amounts of £25 plus being charged😡 This group are in New Zealand which is not mentioned, soo huge postage, again not shown. Take care don’t check out the site even 🤬Have reported them

Received his waggle toy and my pup who is a miniature husky absolutely loves it!! It’s a great toy and well made and will last a long time, he is a strong chewer as well , very glad I got this one

Pretty sure a scam. Order never got delivered. Received a tracking that it was. Emailed to say not and received a reply that it had been rerouted back to them and they were resending... never did receive... has been months.

Worst customer service. Ordered 4 weeks ago. Day after Christmas it's still not even in the same state as me. The company is a scam. Don't order. Emailed them several times they keep saying I will get it within 24 hours. They are seriously the worst.

I ordered $160 worth of product from this company on the 6th of December in hours it would get her for Christmas. They took my money on the 9th, still haven't received my order. They wanted me to download the Shop app to track my order, I did not. I finally did two days ago and still no tracking info. Left them a message on their gmail, still no reply. Do not send them your money!!!

Don’t use this Company. You won’t get your order.
They’re from New Zealand. They don’t tell you that when you order it.
I did not get my order and I got a message that it was delivered in my locked mailbox.
It was NOT … that message was 3 1/2 weeks after I ordered it. They said 5-7 business days.
My order was not cheap.
Never again!!
