Walcot House Opiniões

Great products with fantastic quality. We are delighted with our purchase and will definitely use Walcot House in the future.

Love the poles and quality. Alice is very helpful. One thing the costs of Brecit etc( which is not Walcots fault ) but this is the only negative thing.
Very Happy clients.

Excellent customer service - i ordered wrong poles online and i sent email to ask for order amendment and refund of extra money paid, Walcot house team replied to it in 1 day and completed refund transfer at the same time. Also, the feedback channel is simple and direct - replying email sending me the invoice of my order. I like their service and curtain poles (beautiful).

Excellent customer service. I recommend this company unreservedly.

Excellent service and top notch quality. Very smart. We’re ordering them for every room.

I was quite concerned about ordering an enormous curtain pole for a ‘window wall’. Worried the wall attachments wouldn’t be strong enough, or would pull away from the wall. But the manufacture was excellent, precision engineering, everything like clockwork - and it looks great! Proves it’s worth paying more to get quality - thank you Walcot. Also, very helpful, patient staff on the phone before ordering.

Very pleased with our stainless steel curtain pole. It looks very well made. There is a nice solid feel to all of the brackets, poles and rings. For example, the rings and stud finials are machined from solid, no thin hollow metal pressings here.

Purchasing on line was simple and the order was delivered within a few days. I was nervous about potential for damage to the long poles during transit, but on receipt, it was evident that the quality of the pole was equalled by that of the packaging.

Just waiting for the new curtains to arrive before we put the pole up on the wall.

Great service, excellent product thank you

Polite, efficient, professional service. Delivered ahead of estimated timescale.

Beautiful, high quality unique products. Very speedy delivery

Brilliant, lovely poles and finials. Easy to fit. Delivery was super fast 🙏

So impressed with the quality of our new curtain poles we promptly ordered another 2 for our lounge. Not cheap, but the old adage ‘you get what you pay for’ definitely applies here. Astonishingly quick delivery too.

As an Interior Designer finding a suitable (and not average) curtain pole that is stylish and easy to fit can be difficult, however since I found Walcot House the struggle is over!
Their wrapped and tracked poles are gorgeous and look incredible up.

Not the silver I expected . Rather grey

Superb product and extremely fast delivery, despite it being just before Christmas, and I wanted the pole cut to size. Faultless service.

Very quick service of an excellent product

Quick delivery and great customer service.
