your site was OK and delivery but the tool was rubbish. I suppose it was safety and knives are dangerous. Fortunately after a search I found my old sickle lost among some rubbish, and resharpened and after forty years use and it is back in use and my good books.

Hi John, thank you for leaving this review for us and thank you for your honesty. I'm very sorry that you weren't happy with the sickle that you bought, we sell around 300 of these each year and this is the first time we've had any negative feedback so it could be that there's a problem with the one we sent you. I'll be getting in touch with you directly to see if there's anything more we can do.

Good Morning Andrew, Thank you for a wonderful review. I'm happy you're impressed with the speed of delivery and hope you're equally impressed with the quality of the products!
UK manufactured saw blade.
Wanted to find a UK manufacturer of decent quality saw blades. I'm happy with my purchase and online experience was OK but I requested blade to be bushed down to 5/8". A little disappointed that the request was missed.

Excellent service and product
Excellent product, value for money, flexibility/responsiveness, the person I spoke with about what I needed was excellent, personally undertook the modification I needed, and the product arrived a couple of days earlier than expected.
Unbeatable.

I never did receive a receipt for my purchase or any follow up with a delivery date, so I assumed the payment didn't go through and reordered. I then discovered the payment did go through so emailed to cancel one order. The item arrived in good time but there was no communication about delivery date.
Still no receipt.

Hi Alan, thank you very much for your 5 star review. A special thank you for giving us 5 stars and reporting "no issues" even though you did have an issue!!
The screws for attaching the head of the pruner to the shaft were missing so Alan phoned us to let us know and we found them in a box in the warehouse, they must have fallen off as usually they are taped to the shaft. We posted these out to Alan and hopefully he's received them by now. Hopefully we get some better weather soon Alan and you can put that pruner to good use!
