Ik zag slechte reviews op trustpilot en was bang dat het mogelijk een scam was. Dit is niet het geval. Contact met klantenservice verliep goed. Ik had de bevestiging nl niet ontvangen maar bleek in de spam te zitten. Verder werd de order op tijd geleverd. Super blij want heb een mooi behang met veel korting.

Mooie en overzichtelijke website. Vlotte en correcte afhandeling van bestelling, betaling en levering.

Bezorging duurt erg lang (>1wk), en gaat naar een UPS-punt op 10km afstand. UPS punt zou open zijn tot 21:00 maar is gesloten als ik er om 19:30 ben.
Ik heb mijn pakket nog steeds niet, maar al wel het verzoek voor een beoordeling...

Eerlijk en redelijk vlot. Jullie hadden een bug. Te veel gestuurd. Heb ik netjes weer terug gestuurd

On 25 January I ordered 7 samples of wallpaper. I've got UPS notification that my order is scheduled for 29 January however the UPS hadn't received the package from the company. I wrote them on 1 February and customer service answered me that it takes 2-4 business days to get samples in stock. It was supposed to be sent early next week. However, next week they also didn't send me the samples. So i wrote them again on 7 February when are they planning to send it and I got the answer that there was an error in the process and they will send it on Monday. On Monday I didn't get any message or tracking link again so I wrote them on Tuesday and they GUARANTEED that it would be sent on Wednesday (12 Ferbuary) - still nothing. The most irritating thing is that they are lying to me cause they clearly don't have the samples! The company that sells wallpapers online and doesn't have any samples to provide to the customer - it is an absurd!

Ich versuche seit 2 Tagen Muster zu bestellen, nur leider funktioniert der Check-out nicht … der Bestellvorgang wird immer wieder abgebrochen. Ich habe es auch mit anderer Adresse, in einem anderen Browser probiert … vergeblich.
Leider reagiert das Unternehmen weder auf E-Mails noch auf Nachrichten auf Social Media.
Scheinbar wollen sie nichts verkaufen??

Pracht behang. Express levering gekozen - levertijd 1-2 dagen - maar dat bleek niet haalbaar. Na een mailtje alsnog 1 dag later in huis!

Ordered samples of wallpaper. Paid for a delivery 2-3 working days. 4 working days later the UPS link says that they did not receive the parcel yet. This is worthless. You pay extra, but service is not extra.
Reading the answers on other unhappy reviews does not convince me to order more on this website. If all goes well, OK. But if you have an issue they don;t seem very helpful.
When I sent an email to the email address they provided in their confirmation mail, I get an email back that this email address does not exist.

Mala experiencia. En la página web prometen una entrega de entre 1-2 días hábiles. Han pasado 4 días hábiles y todavía no tengo mi paquete en casa. Además no responden a mi email donde les pregunto qué ocurre. No tienen un teléfono ni whatsapp en España donde se les pueda contactar. No tengo tracking number ni nada para conocer el estado de mi pedido.
