También he podido mi mandado en línea, y siempre se clavan productos y no me regresan mi dinero, en una ocasión fueron $400 jamás me reembolsaron, la quincena pasada un yogurt que era todo un show para que me lo traigan y jamás llegó, y la del mostrador le dijo al repartidor me lo quede acá está, y nunca me contestaron el teléfono de Walmart pentempich Playa del Carmen, rateros.
Es el colmo que hagan eso, y te dicen que no pueden surtirte el 80% pero te cobran el 100%
Pésimo.

Me da mucho pesar contarte que mi experiencia online cada día desde hace unos 3 años aproximadamente es pésima. Te resumo: Ayer realice un pedido para ser entregado a las 8:00 pm este no solo nunca me llego, si nO que nadie se comunico para decirme que estaba pasando, por la mañana me comunique por todos rus medios y nO obtuve ninguna solución porque no hubo atención, ni la más mínima. Después de 2 hrs. Me escriben diciendo tu pedido se cancelo y te harán reembolso. Imaginaras mi coraje y decepción.

I ordered from Walmart Mexico 6 times in the last year. 4 of those times, the order arrived late, even though I paid extra for immediate delivery. I get excuse after excuse, without any resolution. The last time, I got a call from +529992282031, not even a Walmart registered number, at 7.23 PM, to tell me that it would take an hour for my order to arrive. My order was scheduled to arrive at 7:00pm. This is not the level of professionalism of Walmart in the US. They really need to be wary of brand dilution.

Perdí mi dinero en walmart en linea
El pasado mes de octubre de 2024, adquirí en línea, con ayuda de un empleado de Walmart, de la sucursal de Patio Santa Fe, en la CDMX, 4 neumáticos, rin 13, después de que me pospusieron la entrega 2 veces, sólo me llegó una de ellas, la cual puse en uso, al pasar el tiempo y no recibir los otros 3 neumáticos cancelé la compra y pedí reembolso del costo de las mismas, el caso es que, a casi a 3 meses de la compra no he recibido ni el reembolso ni los neumáticos, a pesar de que lo he solicitado en múltiples ocasiones por medio de WhatsApp, correo electrónico y llamada telefónica al centro de servicio, en el que sólo me indican que me van a enviar un correo electrónico que nunca llega, no me dan solución a pesar de que me he mantenido en contacto con el personal de la sucursal en la que me ayudaron a efectuar la compra
Me siento defraudado por esta empresa y estoy comenzando a creer que he perdido mi dinero, realmente le recomiendo a la gente que no compre en esta tienda porque corren el riesgo de que les suceda lo mismo.

The ABSOLUTE WORST
The ABSOLUTE WORST. I bought a NEW air conditioner and received one that was refurbished with scratches, bumps, and it was very dirty even had cobwebs on it. I immediately contacted customer service via chat and phone to return the item and it has been over two months since they’ve given me a solid response and returned my money. They’ve asked me to resend all proof 4 times and still have never received a response. It’s the worst customer service and online shopping experience I’ve ever had not to mention frustrating. Walmart is now at the top of my call list and still nothing, each time they say they are making my case a priority and it always ends up with me having to call again.

Pedidos con menos productos y mayor precio al pagar
Me siento estafado, cada vez que realizo un pedido, el costo final al pagar es mayor que lo reflejado en el momento del checkout al hacer el pedido. Incluso cuando hay productos faltantes por inventario en el pedido. Como se explica que aun "sin cobrarme" esos productos faltantes, el costo sea mayor?
*La variación del gramaje de los productos no compensa la diferencia de precios. Al hacer checkout tienen un precio pero en el ticket reflejan otro precio.
Most frustrating experience
Very frustrating experience. Stayed all day home waiting for the scheduled delivery of my order #4232345001108, but they didn't bother to even call and say they were not coming.
When I noticed they were late I reached out through their chat multiple times. In Spanish I asked what was going on since the driver was already late 1h but they told me I should consider Mexico City's time zone and not Cancun's where I was. Weird since sites can normally convert time zones and that shouldn't had bee an issue. But I believed the chat operator when she said within around 30 min the driver would arrive. He did not.
Waited another 3h and nothing, then contacted them again. This time the operator simply left the chat without explanation and left me talking to myself, I was always respectful and in typed in Spanish. Another operator joined and I had to explain the situation for a 3rd time. She was polite and assured me they'd still deliver it the same day, we just had to request a new delivery time (petición para reprogramar la entrega del pedido), which we did and the number was 230812-74583-6922-0001. I told her I was skeptical and didn't believe they'd come at all but she reassured me and so I kept waiting till night. But obviously nobody showed up and nobody called. Complete disrespect and unprofessionalism.
What's even worse, on their site when I log in now my order won't even show up, it has been hidden by them as if it had never existed. Very rude and disrespectful. The only way to see the order is to enter directly through the e-mail confirmation link they first sent me.
I've had my Walmart account for a couple years and they treat me like this at this Walmart Cancun, it'd be comical if it wasn't sad. Their online department needs a major overhaul, and probably some bad apples need to be let go, too much is too much.
Until them we have to shop at the competition unfortunately.

I would give a -5 if that was an option. I am very disappointed with the pickup experience. I ordered, arrived, asked for my order and it took about 20-25 min to get it. Then I was missing 2 packs of water! They argued it was not on my order but I have the confirmation. Also, I was given a price of $718 pesos online then charged $938 in person. Didn’t even give me the waters I paid for! Thieves!!! I will never shop at Walmart on Mexico again!!!

Me vendieron unos audífonos marca Urbeats 3, la caja me llegó dañada y los audífonos son clones. Me comuniqué a servicio al cliente y no hay devoluciones. Walmart no vende directamente, tiene proveedores, así que mucho cuidado si comprar en ésta página.
