What can I say, this wonderful boutique in the heart of Neston is made even more special by the lovely Hil and Sue who run Wardrobe at the Cross. I have bought many beautiful pieces of clothing and accessories over the years from here. You will find brands that are a bit different, lots of lovely scandi brands as well which are high quality and not your usual run of the mill high street offerings. Shopping here is an uplifting existence. The customer service Sue and Hil deliver is also always warm, friendly, honest and personalised. Don’t hesitate to pay this wonderful independent boutique a visit.

Great communication. Loved the gold top but it was too big for me sadly and they hadn’t got a smaller one unfortunately. No problem with the return at all.

Every time I visit, I’m welcomed by the most warm staff who make you feel instantly relaxed and completely taken care of—never rushed or pushed into buying. Hillary your styling advice is top-tier; really know how to dress different shapes and help you feel confident in what you’re wearing. I always manage to walk away with gorgeous one-off finds and unique pieces that you simply won't see anywhere on the generic high street.
​Plus, having convenient free parking right nearby makes pop-in visits completely hassle-free.
​A total local treasure—I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

I visited Wardrobe At The Cross and received a very warm welcome. I was shown around the store and received a special personal service. I was left to browse and knew help would be on hand if I needed it. The selection of clothes and accessories were a breath of fresh air. As a colour analyst and personal stylist (Image Consultant), it was wonderful to see so much colour and also felt reassured, knowing items are both ethically sourced and sustainable. The items are not the usual high street monochrome and stereotype fast fashion items but genuine unique one off pieces that make your wardrobe both different and individual. I of course couldn't leave empty handed and left with a beautiful soft white/pinky floral blouse made from beautiful organic cotton. I will be 100% recommending it to all my clients, business associates and friends.

I’ve bought a number of items from Waldrobe at The Cross, even though I live down on the south coast, and I’ve been consistently impressed.

Their Saturday morning lives are brilliant, and the response times to any queries during those sessions are amazing. The website is really easy to navigate, and the product descriptions are clear and genuinely helpful. Any time I’ve had a question, they’ve come back to me very quickly via social media.

Everything I’ve ordered has arrived within a couple of days and is always beautifully packaged. I did have one item that didn’t quite work for me (I’m quite tall, so it was a bit short in the body), but the returns process was seamless and customer service couldn’t have been more helpful.

I already recommend this shop to my friends—many of whom have since bought items themselves—and I just wish I lived closer so I could visit in person and take advantage of their styling services.

I would highly recommend Waldrobe at The Cross to anyone.
