Wardrobe Direct Opiniões

So straightforward to order, a seamless experience

Needed a wardrobe for small bedroom - bespoke was silly price . WD have an extensive range in a variety of finishes . Sounds one that was perfect , arranged for it to be fitted - the guys did a great job. Super pleased

Tremendous service right from the ordering, delivery and to subsequent wardrobe assembly. I was informed on the delivery time and progression and contacted regularly regarding assembling the wardrobe. The staff were courteous and professional. I will be ordering again.

Thank you.

Order and delivery all completed efficiently. Wardrobe is excellent, good quality and very attractive. Expect it to be in use for many years to come. Lots of compliments from everyone who has seen it.

There was a problem where I need a few panels replaced... I was told 2 to 3wks .. in the end it took 10weeks.... I was frustrated and annoyed... But this company has no direct line ... My only communication was email and messaging...the replys I did receive took none of my frustrations into account .. most annoying frustrating 10wks ever ...😕

All the support you have provided

The service was excellent. I was kept well informed and the assembly of the wardrobe was very efficient. I needed to return one item - there was no fuss about this and I’m very happy with the products overall.

Very easy to navigate website. Good details on products and which hopefully won't disappoint

Brilliant selection of products , obviously not seen it delivered yet

Delivery. Was supposed to be on a pallet but it was loose but you get the pallet as well as bird seed due to an issue where they tranship. Delivery driver was great and helped me get it in the garage but he would have struggled on his own.
Putting the wardrobe together was ok, it said 2 people 2 hours managed it in just over 4 on my own, some bits are heavy and it's probably better to have help. Fitting the back to the wardrobe was as the hardest, it never quite seemed to go right and in the end had to trim the back to get it to fit, no issues with that but really it should have fitted first time. Once together this is a decent wardrobe, the doors glide well and there is ample storage space

My wardrobe was initially delivered quickly (Late January / early February 2025), but the mirrored sliding door was damaged on arrival. The delivery / assembly associate said that he would report back to Wardrobes direct and they would replace quickly. I heard nothing initially - so I followed up with customer service - they told me 2-3 weeks for a new door to be dispatched. Then MONTHS went by with no contact. I have emailed multiple times with no response whatsoever. Still no response at all. So disappointed with this service - totally inexcusable.

Update: I received an email from Wardrobe direct on 20th May after leaving this reviewing informing me that they would arrange delivery of my door in 7-10 days. Month on and no further update or communications from Wardrobe Direct, and of course, still no door.

Brilliant service. Wonderful delivery and installation. Would highly recommend

Easy to order, unfortunately wardrobe mirror style had been changed but good communication with company to arrange alternative. Delivery seamless, again excellent communication with delivery guys who bought the very heavy boxes to the flat. Down side, boxes aren’t marked with content and no marks on the varying pieces of wood to put together so space is required to lay the huge bits out to work out what’s required and then process of elimination. Instructions basic but doable once you have matched up the drawing with the item. Recommend that company label each piece and and mark instructions accordingly (front, back, side, inside etc) then label outside of box.
Once constructed pretty solid and very heavy. Definitely would use company again

Lovely selection of wardrobes, easy to buy

Do not order from this company! I was promised delivery last week and was then told no it won’t be delivered as there is no routes where I live (Staffordshire) but I will have delivery this week and I will be made priority. It’s Thursday now and I still have not received a time or date for delivery and they are meant to give up to 3 days notice. I have sent numerous emails and messages via their live chat option and not once have I had a reply! It’s absolutely disgusting! Nearly £1500 spent and you can’t even get a reply back and they promise delivery and then don’t deliver.

Lovely wardrobe, good quality. Delivered in good time
