I bought a wardrobe from this company.
It arrived very well packed with no damage to outside packaging.
However, when opened it was clearly evident that there was damage to multiple different parts of the wardrobe.
The item was clearly damaged prior to packing.
The back panel was cracked.
The inside of side panel has a huge crack. The mirrored door was chipped in 2 places. 2 chips to the outside of a side panel. Another crack along another of the panels.
Despite 2 emails - the first sent 9 days ago with photos showing the damage, they have failed to reply.
Another email sent 3 days ago has also been ignored.
I find it quite concerning the amount of customers who have had to have parts of their items replaced which clearly shows sub standard items to start with.
The wardrobe itself is lovely and perfect for the room, but sadly has had to be repaired to cover the damage.
This wardrobe was available from many other companies but I chose this one due to the good reviews.
Sadly my experience has been far from good.
The quality of the items and the lack of customer service is appalling.
I had no choice but to put the item together as had paid someone to do this for me. Just aswell as would still be waiting for a response and have no wardrobe 10 days later !!
Now before the company reply saying they cannot help as the item has been built, you can clearly see from the photos that I sent them that the damage was evident before any attempt to put the item together.
Extremely poor quality and very poor customer service.

I purchased a tall white cupboard for our bathroom years ago. It was promptly delivered. One of the pieces was damaged in transit and we were immediately sent a replacement at no cost. This cupboard certainly stood the test of time. We misplaced the screws for the legs when moving. I contacted the Furniture Factor to query what screws I needed, not only did they immediately reply but they offered to also send me the screws I needed. Can’t recommend this company enough. Excellent service & quality.

Unfortunately one of items I ordered had a long lead time, and I had to cancel my order.
However, the polite, friendly and professional way in which this handled needs to be applauded.
Refund was in my bank within 24 hours (on a Saturday!) and the team were apologetic and courteous throughout.
I'd certainly consider them again for future purchases.

The delivery was prompt and efficient and product was fine once built and I am surprisingly happy with it, but the instructions were the worst I've ever seen. The quality of the wood is not good at all and we had a bag of parts left over that were neither on the inventory or part of this item.
I left a review with the company when prompted to do so, but their reviews on their items are not viewable and the number of reviews has not altered. For this reason I feel they are a bit underhand. I would not buy from them again.

Firstly the price of the cabinet I wanted was best at Furniture Factor, ordering and paying were simple and straightforward I I had emails through every step which was very impressive, when the cabinet arrived one of the panels had damage, I informed Furniture Factor and there response was immediate and again through email I was kept informed of progress, the fault was with the delivery company, again very impressive Furniture Factor had obviously spoken with the delivery company because when the new panel arrived it was wrapped in one long piece of cardboard which went around five times then top, bottom and middle were well wrapped in with about a foot length of cling film. I can honestly say this is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with, If you want exceptional service and you can't go wrong with Furniture Factor.

I bought a shoe cabinet online from this furniture store and had a great experience. While building it, I made a mistake and accidentally damaged the cabinet, I called the staff for help in ordering a replacement part, and they were really kind, patient, and supportive. They managed to solve my issue very swiftly.

Excellent customer service and a smooth experience overall, would definitely recommend.

Very helpful staff keeping me up to date and cupboard arrived and was said on the tin, heavy duty storage cupboard. Easy to order and though out of stock they kept me informed and eventually arrived.

Bought a wardrobe from them which after a lot of figuring out actually is quite decent. Points i would like to make is they don't put the screws in order they all just come lumped in a bag and your expected to figure out the right sizes. The instructions for the build are absolutely shocking. What should probably take an hour to build took three hours so not great.

2 sets of Roma 3 drawer bedside cabinets.

These are described as high quality. They are not high quality they have not even edged the bottoms of the drawer fronts. These are left bare chipboard.
The drawer box's are skinny and flimsy and in the flat pack box are only held together by the thin plastic veneer that covers them. On the 1 of 2 sets of drawers i opened this was all ripped on all 3 of the drawer box's at the mitre joints.
I have contacted Furniture Factor about the quality issue and damaged parts. But was only fobbed off with what sounded like a generic answer.
If you do buy from this company and are not satisfied with the quality or even something is damaged they will only send out replacement parts. You will need to pay for returns.
I personally decided within 30 seconds of opening the packaging that I was returning these.
These drawers are not a bargain basement item they are £100 each when in reality they should be more like a £40 ish item.
I would say beware of this company with its misleading write ups and terrible customer service.

Ordered a unit that has two wardrobes and cupboards over the bed. Had a few issues adjusting the doors but was able to speak with Muddasir who was absolutely brilliant. In no time with his advice and expertise we were able to fit the doors perfectly, very simple. We are very grateful to him. The piece of furniture is well made and very sturdy. Would definitely use again if purchasing furniture. Thank you Muddasir.😚

I purchased a shoe cabinet from this company and paid £250, only to be extremely disappointed. When I started assembling the product, it became immediately clear that the quality was terrible. It is a glass shoe cabinet that barely seems capable of supporting the weight of shoes. To make matters worse, one of the parts arrived broken.

We contacted the company by email and sent photos and videos as proof. To our surprise, they told us they would send a replacement part only if we paid for it, despite the item arriving damaged.

We then requested a return. They informed us that this would be possible, but we would have to pay for the return shipping, which costs around £200. After some back and forth, we received a phone call saying they would collect the shoe cabinet on Sunday. We stayed at home all day waiting — no one showed up.

On Monday, we called the company again and were told that they do not collect returned products at all. In other words, we were misled once again. Now, if we want our money back, we are expected to arrange and pay for delivery ourselves.

This is simply a warning to others: do not buy from this company. Poor-quality products and even worse customer service.

I very quickly needed some bathroom cupboards.
I found just what I was looking for at a very competative price.
They arrived the next day and although there was a slight fault with one door, the issue has been easily resolved.
I fully recommend this company. You can easily speak the friendly, helpful and proficient staff. Despite the slight fault with my order, the quality is very good.
I will definitely use them again in the future.

However the product is not of good quality and there a 3 chip - 1 inside, 1 infront and 1 on the side but I cannot be bothered to return it as I threw away the packaging.

Didn’t expect it to arrive at 6am but delivery very good and unit has just been built and is very good just what I wanted

Unfortunately one of the drawer fronts was slightly damaged on arrival. However, a quick phone call to the contact number resolved that and a replacement drawer front was dispatched, so the issue was very quickly resolved.
I would say that the assembly instructions were not particularly clear, but we worked it out eventually.
The dressing table is very solid, so very good value.

I ordered a tall 3 door utility cupboard which arrived with many parts damaged. I left a message and Muddasir quickly returned my call and was very helpful. He then ordered replacement items which arrived within a few days with superior packaging.
