Steve came around and surveyed our Boiler Site. Gave us some great advice and left us to decide on what we wanted. All options were given to us with no pressure to choose a particular route to go.
we decided to stick with a similar system to our original boiler and Steve programmed us in for the following week! Andy and Will turned up dead on time each day and fitted our new system with a smile. (As long as you keep the tea coming they will work flat out to get it fitted). Overall, an excellent job for a great price and really good, clean & happy workmen.
We would definitely recommend Warmer Homes for any heating job!

The two fitters arrived on time and were quick to get to work. Both polite and respectful of my property they worked diligently and professionally, keeping their work clean. The schedule was explained and adhered to, the debris removed and disposed of thoughtfully. On completion I was given a run-through of operating procedure although was left all documentation and operating manuals for subsequent use.

Excellent service. They conducted a survey of my grandma's house, approved £5k of works including new boiler, planned and fitted successfully. Whole process took 9m - a bit long but that included 4 months of planning permission. So happy with the works. Very friendly and organised coordinator, thank you Amy!

Everyone was very amicable and helpful from the survey to installation and even after when we had a small issue which was rectified the next day. Highly recommended!

The process from start to finish was easy and quick. We were kept informed all the way through and the team were helpful and professional. All the questions were answered fully to give us full understanding of what's happening and the work was clean and done to a high standard.

From start to finish the whole experience was great. Everthing warmer homes H&R said they would do was done and then some. I have medical conditions and had other places to be at a certain date. They took my circumstances into consideration and delth with my installation within the time frame I put forward. The level of communication and professionalism was excellent.

On the day of install two engineers arrived and from start to finish everything went smooth. The standard of work that took place was of a very high quality. They even helped me fix things in the property that was not even on their list. They also explained everything I needed to know about my new boiler in detail.
The bottom line is, If you want to get things done, speak to this company. Trust me they know what their doing.
