I couldn't fault the excellent service we have received from Warmer Homes. From start to finish it was a smooth operation. The lady who helped us Amy was brilliant at sorting out the fitting date and making sure we would be ok in the meantime as we had no heating at all (of course we had snow and ice when our boiler gave up so couldn't happen at a worse time!) She made sure we were going to be ok. The lads who fitted the boiler were brilliant also, very polite and tidy, getting the new one installed wasn't a straightforward job for them as there were a few issues that involved a LOT of extra work on their part, but they got on with it without any complaints. A couple of follow up calls post-install ensured we were happy with everything. Thank you so much for everything! I will absolutely be recommending to family and friends in the future. 😁

They were very professional and did a great job when I had no heating. They said it was just another job for them but for me it was very important that I had a boiler installed as soon as possible and without having to worry about small details. They were great.
