Warmool biggest Con Ever

Purchased thus item through Ecom7 Tried to cancel the item purchased 10 minutes after purchase, website wouldn't let me, even thou it states you have 1 hour from purchase to cancel it. Received 2 weeks later, unsafe product. No CE approved (Have requested the CE approved Certificate with no reply) and in the Warranty states for use only in Mainland China. Was supposed to be coming from Sweden, totally con do not buy this product Warmool as its not what it's advertised as. Waste of Money and I am still in dispute with the Company, who won't answer any messages until my payment provider sends them a message. Hope they agree with me and refund me, so I can chuck this in the bin where it belongs. Good News Got a full refund from my payment provider.

The Daily Mail should be held…

The Daily Mail should be held accountable for running Ads from scammers like this. Theyre £24 on Amazon and they are nowhere near the heating capability claimed in the Ads or on the site. Absolute rip off, claiming to be discounted from £110 to £55. Like I say, Amazon have them for £24 and even thats a rip off.

Warmool heater

Wished ide have seen and read the reviews first. I definitely wouldn't have bought it. Its OK if you sit onto of it, but it does NOT heat your room up in 60seconds. I was desperate to find a cheap way of heating my room, and this is the exact reason they pray on the vulnerable. Yet again, ifeel I have been conned by purchasing ads on Facebook or Instagram.

I have been conned too! I believe Google should investigate this Company who advertise as the official website of ECOHEAT I clumsily accused the wrong Company and find out these guys are from Hong Kong. £70 down the drain. I hope whoever owns this Company is shut down for conning people. YOU ARE DISGUSTING AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CONSUMERS. I will see what AMEX can do! I am sooo pissed off! Take them off the website.

These are toys they use a lot of…

These are toys they use a lot of electricity and give off very little heat .
They should be shut down for false advertising.
Don't be caught out like I was absolutely no good just look at how small it is and you will understand that it's only a toy.
It time to stop this illegal scam and shut this company down more rubbish from China.

Thanks for the warnings!

I haven't bought one, following the reviews I for sure will not! Why are sites like You tube, Google etc still allowing these type of adverts. The reviews are enough for the plug to be pulled on these con men, the technology is certainly there to monitor enough to flag up for investigation or don't they care about the public, it's just money money profit profit.

I fell for the hype on the warwool site…don't fall for the same trap

I fell for the hype on the warwool site advertisement, thinking I was getting a bargain, but this is certainly NOT the case. I ordered 3, two of which have not arrived yet! I thought I would be helping my son and daughter and ourselves save money! But it is no cheaper to run than a cheap fan heater 🙄.. don't be fooled as I and many others have been.

I ordered this heater on 01.11.22. I received it 09.11.22. I used it 05.12.22. It doesn't heat the room, it's not fit for purpose, and of unsatisfactory quality.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015[1] is an Act of Parliament of the United Kingdom that consolidates existing consumer protection law legislation and also gives consumers a number of new rights and remedies. Provisions for secondary ticketing and lettings came into force on 27 May 2015,[2] and provisions for alternative dispute resolution (ADR) came into force on 9 July 2015 as per the EU Directive on consumer ADR.[3] Most other provisions came into force on 1 October 2015.[4]

The Act requires goods to be:

Of satisfactory quality.[9]
Fit for the consumer's particular purpose.[10]
As described.[11]
Previously, defective goods had to be rejected within a 'reasonable period', but the Act now gives consumers a minimum of 30 days in which they can reject goods that fail to conform to the contract.[12

This is part of your returns policy which is wrong:

Withdrawal

Should the user not agree with the products received in their order, the user has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the entire order, or may return any products part of the entire order in accordance with the Act on Consumer and User Protection, without any penalty and without indication of the reasons.

However, the user will be responsible of the direct costs of return to Ecom7, either the order is returned entirely or parts of the products of the order if determined.

To formalize the return, you must contact Ecom7 via emai, and Ecom7 will instruct you on the way of shipping the order to their offices or stores.

Ecom7 is not responsible for the courier company the user signs up for the return of the order. In this sense, Ecom7 encourages the user to require the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier delivers the product at the offices of Ecom7, so as the user keeps record that the product has been delivered correctly to Ecom7. Ecom7 is not responsible for the address where the user ships the order for return. It shall always be our office for Europe.

Costs resulting from the return of the order (for example, costs of courier delivery and bank transaction expenses) will be borne directly by the user.

The product must be unused and with all the labels, packaging and - where appropriate, documentation and the original accessory items provided with the product. Shall the user proceed otherwise, or if the product were damaged, the user accepts that the product may be subject of a depreciation or that Ecom7 can refuse the return.

Once Ecom7 checks that the order is in good condition, Ecom7 shall refund all the amounts paid by the user.

If the user decides to return the entire order, Ecom7 will refund the user the full amounts they have paid.

Why isn't some trading body doing something as this company is wrongly quoting Acts to stop consumers getting their money back?

"Should have"

"Should have", "could have", perhaps the most used words in the English language.
I ordered 2 heaters on the 12th November and received them today, the 6th December.
Testing one out now. No thermostat as far as I can see and no quieter than any other fan heater.
Hope it lasts longer than the ones mentioned in other posts.
Why did I fall for this?
Must be getting senile!
Maybe they will be OK.

Warmool - A believer or non believer?

Well you have come for a five star review but there isn’t one folks. This product isn’t worthy of a 1 Star review My elderly mother bought one - absolute piece of faulty rubbish. Made in Sweden I don’t think so! The critics have summed it all up here ....in a wrapped up Xmas nutshell. So if you want a cheap, inferior product from China that is a potential hazard in your home that doesn’t live up to its false market claims of cheap generated heat then go ahead and buy one. You are probably better buying a low energy halogen heater that heats up quickly and you can regulate with a thermostat. Merry Xmas to all.

This is just to thank trust pilot and…

This is just to thank trust pilot and other reviewers for saving me from buying this heater.
I was almost convinced by their marketing ploys and other “genuine reviews “ but trust pilot reviewers stopped me from falling for their very clever ad.
Thanks again, keep up the good work.

Nice drop shipping scam. If you want to buy a crap Chinese heater that runs at 1.2kw I recommend you buy an identical one for a third of the price from Amazon.

DO NOT BUY! After reading the advertisement for…

After reading the advertisement for Warmool, I expected a solid, quality and metal cased Swedish heater.
I received a cheap, lightweight and flimsy plastic piece of Chinese tat!
To make matters worse, it is clearly not new, with big scratches to the casing, and covered in greasy fingerprints!
Does not quickly heat up any room, and to be honest it looks so cheap that I worry is it safe to use anyway.
Warmool advertising is very misleading.....They should not be allowed to deceive like this!

Would NOT recommend

After about a month of use (max 20mins at a time) the fan has become super noisy, the device itself overheats and sounds dangerous. It did work well for the first month but now it is actually cold weather I do not feel safe in using this as it feels like a potential fire risk.

Burned out after an hours use. Fuse had melted inside the plug. Obvious fire hazard! Not worth the £50 I paid. Dangerous piece of kit. Clearly not made in Sweden as the online advert suggests. Scam alert!
