Avoid this broker!
I setted up bin collection with their sales team with clear instructions where to deliver the bin.
1. Deliver to the wrong place.
2. Did collect at first collection because could found the bin.
3. I send the photo and video to show where the bin is. Request extra collection. Didn't attend.
4. Phoned plenty time, complained, get another arrangement still didn't collect the bin because again can't find it.
5. I literally cried and begged on the phone said my salon's staff room is full of bin bag and me and staff have to take them to the dump. Please do something. Being promised will arrange a collect and inform me. No update at all.
It is really unbelievable.

Signed contract 23/5/2026.
Bins supposed to be delivered 27/5/2026. Nothing. No communication no answers to emails, until I asked to cancel contract. Lady sorted emergency rubbish removal (they left mess behind and forgot take 11 bags)
Haven't got black bin until 2nd of June. Was told recycling will be here yesterday 3/6/2026 apparently I was their 4 stop. AND NOTHING. NO BINS. But they send me invoice for £161!!!! Invoice for what??? I got no services from you!!! Called in, very rude man answered,constantly interrupting me,threatening me with cancellation fee if I cancel,promising he'll call me back with update on my bins and surprise surprise NOTHING. No phone call no email. Don't bother with these companies. If you need rubbish removal sort it your self,save your self hours on phone,agro and frustration!

There has been prompt and efficient reply to our enquiries, despite the experienced miscommunication, matters have been sorted satisfactory and swiftly.

Matthew was very kind and well spoken on the phone with a fabulous approach to his work. He helped me to understand what to expect from my contract and explained timings etc for Direct debits and when to expect my new bin.
He also explained the duty of car certificate and what it is needed for.
All in all a very helpful and polite young man with whom it was a pleasure to do business.

Never answer calls tried getting a collection for my bins for 4 months nobody came they then finally responded and changed my bin company to which again they never collected

Absolutely rubbish company (pardon the pun) called them to cancel told me person who deals with it is out of office wanted me to pay 46% cancellation fee and not even been with them for a month, have told them repeatedly I am moving out of unit and need bin collecting as landlord was rid of it and ignoring my emails, they do not answer their phones as I spent 45 mins on phone & no answer, THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE CON, DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE GUYS AS THEY ARE ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS
