Refuse Collection. The easy way. We provide you with a smart Yellow wheelie bin in a size to suit you. You order as many or as few collections as you need. We offer bespoke collections, dependant on your needs; many of our customers use us between council collections. We also collect on-demand, where available, meaning that when you redecorate, clear the garden, host a party or produce more refuse than usual, we are available to collect at time that suits you.

Brilliant. Have never missed a collection (Bournemouth). Also I forgot to put my bin at the end of the drive once, and they walked up a long VERY steep drive and got it themselves.

They rescheduled a missed collection to be done yesterday but another no-show. They are treating me with utter contempt.

Avoid like the plague!
Avoid like the plague. Tried for a month or two and they constantly missed collections! We always had to chase. In the last month, all collections were missed. Money was still taken and now they are refusing to refund the cost of the bin, which never would have been ordered if we knew the service was so bad! In all this time, they haven't yet refunded me for any missed collections either
