James and John arrived on time, calling beforehand. They were professional and friendly. They cleared the flat efficiently and I would recommend them for similar work.

After being let down by another company the day before my move,Russell from Waste King stepped up and found me a replacement within minutes. Extremely professional and very friendly. The move went ahead on schedule and the waste was collected. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Absolutely magnificent service, Dean worked like a Trojan to get the job done. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, nor recommend them to my friends!

Called to book a slot for a household collection 72 hrs in advance. Belinda in the office couldn't have been more helpful in explaining the procedure and costing. As arranged Dean the driver called 30 minutes before arrival. He was friendly, courteous and helpful and loaded the waste onto his vehicle in quick time, even sweeping our drive clean before leaving. Now that's what I call service. Thank you Wasteking. We'll be in touch for the next clearance.

I phoned the company on Tuesday afternoon, and managed to book a slot the next day. We had plenty of rubbish and old furniture that needed to be removed from recent renovations. The price was certainly competitive and James who did the job was fabulous! Quick and clean removal with no issues, I would definitely use them again.

I phoned to enquire about the collection of garden waste. Most of the ways of collection that are advertised on their website were not available. He didn't really know what he was doing or what was available at all. Eventually he offered that my garden waste would be collected, and this is were I made a huge mistake. I have paid over the phone and from then on there was no further communication. Weeks onwards, and I'm still trying to get them to send me a receipt. The people who actually did the work were a local company who were given the wrong info what to collect and wrong contact details. They did a grand job and were very friendly and helpful. But I had a feeling that they didn't see much of the money I paid. I keep emailing this Guy and his colleague and so far zero response. I'll never do business with these people again. I wasn't even sure if it is legit. Next time I'll go straight to the local company who did the actual work. My experience is that Waste King are untrustworthy and I would advise to stay well clear of them! However, they wont get rid of me, I'll still want a receipt for the money I have paid.

Lee at Waste King was exceptionally helpful in collecting rubbish and recycling from behind a garage door which had not been opened for many years and which was extremely reluctant both to open and close. Many people would have simply given up and not completed the job but Lee cheerfully helped us struggle with the door and force it into submission.

Extremely clear and easy to use

Sadly they only took half the skip bag that they provided. Their explanation was the skip bag was too heavy, which isn't true given it was full of cardboard (no soil, rubble or appliances).

Had a collection by Lee today. Easy to book and very helpful, timely collection. Much appreciated.

Lee arrived to clear the garage of large number of houshold items including a tumble dryer, freezer, dinning table with four chairs, glassware etc.
This he did in a professional and friendly manner
and nothing was too much trouble. I was completely
satisfied with the way Lee carried out his work.

I needed a large dresser unit removing. Dave and Josh were punctual, very friendly, and had a nice sense of humour, and got the dresser removed quickly. Highly recommend these two.
Also, was able to book over the phone in a few minutes, and Ryan responded quickly by email, when i had a query.
Very pleased with service altogether.🙂

We had a lot of waste to be collected following a party. Even though I didn’t know how much it would be the WasteKing rep helped me to estimate the rubbish and worked out the best and cheapest option (a man in a van) which turned out to be exactly correct. Tom then arrived on time, he took all the waste away and left the area looking spotless. A great service from start to finish. I’ll be using them again.

Tim was absolutely brilliant! Really kind and friendly! Helped us get out escapee cat back in and was generally lovely and smiley!

Russ was very professional and easy to speak to in organising the collection. Jordan and Wayne who collected the waste were friendly and completed the job efficiently. All three were very transparent about the cost and in providing a refund when the amount collected was less than initially expected. I would highly recommend using this company
