Steve arrived at the time stated and got straight on with clearing our garage. He was polite professional and friendly. Excellent service and great value for money. Highly recommend.

Helpful, friendly and efficient
John was incredibly helpful and friendly.
He arrived promptly and loaded everything quickly and efficiently. The garden was left clean and tidy, even the little bits of wood and card were collected! Would recommend to anyone.

Missd food waste
Missd food waste, not notified had to phone up,then told we were missed, and had to wait another week,told Wednesday, then phone call and told Friday, don't help us with food waste, all put in general waste,,

Anita who took the initial call was very professional. Even though I was calling from US, she very patient in listening to me and my requirement and advised accordingly. The rest of the staff also was very courteous, specially those who came to pickup. I gave 4 star because the company did not take money paid from a US bank even though the money was transferred before the service was performed. I had to get cash from the local ATM in London.
