A mistake rectified
made a mistake on the date i needed a skip, phoned up, explained what id done and the assistance, Holly was her name, said she would try and sort it and would call me back in 5 mins.....she did call back and she did sort it and its this kind of customer service that gets people too use certain companies again. I will be needing another skip at some point and i will try WasteOnline first. Brilliant job people.

Damaged caused
Damaged caused, lack of communication, skip hs still not been collected a week after collection date. Complaints department have not responded regarding damage caused. Collection for the skip has been over 5 days waiting

Hi, apologies you don't feel there has been adequate communication, I can see there has been contact daily last week after we had been made aware of the damage caused and this is being investigated with our suppliers. Regarding the collection we do advise these can take upto 5 working days but I apologise for any inconvenience caused and will get this picked up ASAP. 💙

Arrived a day later than allowed to book online.
The skip arrived a day later than I booked online, however the skip was expertly delivered in the place of my choice and collected on the nominated collection date leaving no damage to my lawn which was a big plus.
