in response to the feeble explanation from this company, due to them finally letting me know the skip was NOT going to be delivered on the day as scheduled, that alone was an admission of failure, obviously they DID find someone who could deliver, but it was not as planned by them.. if THEIR original sub-contractor was lying, that's THEIR problem.. hence my reason for the review as I believe they had to source different company who MIGHT have been able to satisfy the contract.. I stick by my claim as the skip being delivered at a time when it was pointless.. it was as good as being delivered a day late, so why no recompense?? would I be due that if it WAS delivered a day late??

There was a little problem.
There was a little problem about the access on the road but the driver found a safe solution and kept in contact with me which was then sorted out all in all good communication and nice experience.

The skip was delivered on the requested day which was good. But pick up hasn’t happened on the requested day and I’ve not got to arrange cars vans around it now. A phone number of the skip delivery company would help, so I could find out when it's going to be picked up.

Very rude staff but great service wats so ever.
Great delivery and collection. I got what I paid for. But the staff's phone calls were horrible. First lady, I argued with her that the skip would be on private property, and I do not need permission from the town hall. Then, the guy scared me about how big the fines would be if there is no easy way to pick up the skip or if recycling would be over the line. Then send me an email that the skip will be picked up in the next 2 days, and I am required to be at home for the next 2 days.

Hi Sebastian, I apologise if you felt the calls weren't helpful. We just need to advise on road permits if they are applicable, and our t&cs regarding wasted journeys if we aren't able to collect the skip, which is standard. We don't state in our emails that you need to be there, they just state that the collection is booked for 2 days time and to please keep access clear. I am sorry for any confusion or unnecessary stress caused, I cant see there were any issues with the skip. 💙
