A nice strap, but poor customer service and slow, expensive, delivery.

My strap took nearly two weeks to arrive, despite paying £6, nearly an additional 20% of the item value, for delivery. When it didn't seem to be moving via the tracking info I contacted WatchBandit who blamed it on Royal Mail and Brexit. The thing is, Royal Mail hadn't even recieved the item yet and I haven't noticed any shipping delays due to Brixit in years. It turned out that WB had simply used the cheapest and slowest delivery method despite charging a premium price. When the package arrive it was in a bag from customs advising that it had been damaged in transit before entering the UK, so WB's packaging is also poor. In the two weeks it took to arrive I had multiple, often significantly larger, parcels from independent sellers in the EU arrive much quicker, safely, and with free delivery.

I like the strap, but I really don't like the delivery or the way their customer service handled things.

Subsequently, I won't be buying anything from WatchBandit again.

Two years ago I bought two WB NATO straps and I still wear them without any major signs of use. Very good quality of workmanship and durability. I believe that WB NATO straps have an excellent value for money. I have currently purchased another 4 strips. two NATO straps and two leather straps. Just like the previous ones, they are characterized by excellent workmanship. WB fulfills orders in the EU very quickly and gives good prices for its belts.
I highly recommend it!

Man merkt, hier sind Menschen am Werk, die an Uhren Freude haben und das was sie tun, tun sie mit großer Leidenschaft. Die Abwicklung nach dem Kauf war ebenfalls vorbildich und was das Wichtigste ist: Die Uhr macht mir viel Freude. Schön und sehr hochwertig und Dank es mir empfohlenen Zusatzarmbands, das ich dann gleich mitgeordert habe, ist sie noch vielseitiger einsetzbar! Also rundum eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung meinerseits.....

I had to ask for a refund on a Christmas present I'd bought for my son, as he'd asked for the wrong one! Customer service were just brilliant about it all the way along. No problems whatsoever, and very helpful about how to fill in the customs form when returning the watch strap. Refund arrived in full. Thanks so much.

Super great customer service. Wasn't a fan of the straps I had picked myself and had some issue with returns, but they were always really helpful & cheerful and just made interacting with them an absolute pleasure.

I received a different buckle color on one of my nato straps I ordered. After informing the support service they immediately send me the correct one and I could keep the wrong color. Very kind and professional helpdesk!

Great experience and service with WB. Received my nice reddish vintage strap. Really nice quality :-) I now ordered a Suede strap of the same quality. Can be highly recommended. The only drawback is that DHL takes a long time to deliver.

First purchase and certainly not the least, very high professionalism and courtesy in handling the customer, superlative communication even outside normal working hours. Guys, keep it up you are the best! A very happy customer!

Ordered a silicone watch strap. Came quickly. The strap seems to be of good quality. The staff was nice and quick to respond when communicating via email.

My go-to place for watch straps!

I fancied a change for a couple of my lesser-worn watches and found a beautiful blue suede strap with vintage style in Ocean Blue colour to complement the blue elements in both watches. The strap is more beautiful and comfortable than I anticipated, and of fantastic quality - my lesser-worn watches will be having more days out, thanks to WatchBandit!

WatchBandit is one of the best places to find watch straps in any material, shape, colour and size. I've acquired over a dozen of straps from them, and especially their WB Original straps are my favourites. Great customer service too
