Absolutely 5 stars with these guys. Currently making my 3rd order. Past 2 orders were great. Had 1 tiny issue with my 2nd order but Paul from their customer service department was super great and helpful and was able to resolve my order issue - it was super quick. Fast shipping to Canada. I will now be a long time customer for straps I need with Watchbandit.

I’ve bought 4 different kind of straps…
I’ve bought 4 different kind of straps from WatchBandit and I’ve been very pleased of the quality. The leather is fine looking real leather and super comfortable on the wrist. Nato straps and especially premium sailcloth straps are durable and good looking versatile straps for any kind of watch. The team is super nice and will help and guide you if needed. Great service from WatchBandit. I found the website very simple to use and a large selection of straps. I ordered their own Perlon strap and the quality is excellent, with Stainless Steel brushed hardware. Delivery was very quick as well. Highly recommended.

Bought a dark vintage grey suede strap…
Bought a dark vintage grey suede strap from watchbandit. The overall quality of the strap is ok, though I expected it to be one piece of leather, instead of two pieces of leather glued together, I'm sure it would last longer if it was one piece. I would have liked it wider at the buckle, but I guess that just how it's made. The only annoying thing is, that the strap is not very long, it almost doesn't fit a normal sized wrist like mine, so if you have a big wrist, it's not a strap for you. Other than that, the strap is very soft and nice to wear.

unfortunately I can't find your name in our orders and we neither received more informations from you via the Trustpilot Reviewer contact, therefore we can't be sure if you are talking about our straps.
Our vintage leather straps are made from one piece of leather, which is turned over, glued and sewn, so that you have the typical vintage seams on the strap and the spring bar of the watch must also be be fully enclosed. You can't just make a hole in a thin piece of leather for the spring bar, that would be fragile. Furthermore our straps are long enough to fit the most average wrist sizes and can be easily worn to a wrist circumference up to 20 cm which is very big already.

COVID ruined my order but great customer service overall
UPDATE: Although I have experience delays and trouble with my order, customer service, and the Rep. Paul in particular, couldn't have been more helpful in accommodating and resolving any issues. COVID-19 seems to be affecting everyone differently so I can appreciate the transparency and assistance with any ordering/shipping issues.

Incredible service, team and product!
Incredible service, friendly and responsive staff, and quality products...what more can I ask for? I bought a two watches (one for a friend), some straps and a couple of bracelets over several orders on quick succession. Most arrived quickly and the team was so kind on multiple levels. One delivery had some minor hiccups due to the manufacturer shipping a lot later than expected (Watchbandit didn't keep the watch on stock) and the shipping company having a horrendous tracking system. But the Watchbandit team stepped in to make things right and all was great in the end!!!! Thanks team and I'll be back soon!

I have nothing bad at all to say about them. Fast shipping, great products and great customer service.
