My New Watch
Today FedEx delivered my new (new to me) Bell & Ross GMT. I don't usually provide testimonials, but what a wonderful experience buying from Watchfinder.com. Firstly, my watch is absolutely beautiful and everything I could have asked for and more. It fits me perfectly and will be such a great addition to my collection. My wife and I are headed to Italy this year and I cannot wait to have this watch reflect our time zone in Italy and here at home in Dallas (why I wanted a GMT).
It arrived right on time through FedEx and packaged so beautifully and securely. Then I slipped it on and it just fit perfectly. I had provided my wrist size earlier and may assume Watchfinder had fitted it already to my wrist (did you all do that for me?). It came with all the original contents, box, papers and warranty. I feel like I paid a great price for a beautiful watch.
Thank you so much!!!! You work for a great company that I only just discovered. Prior to this I had been an exclusive Chrono24 guy, but not any more!

First purchase; some good, some not so good; but they made it right!
My first time using the company. Opted for them over some of the other popular options due to their factory authorized status on the brand I was interested in.
Was able to negotiate a small discount on the watch I wanted, and decided to go for it. Placed my order, paid in full, and received a confirmation. Followed up with my customer service representative for updates, tracking, etc, and found their communication to be less than ideal. I was given incorrect information regarding shipping times, estimated delivery, etc. Responses were slow, but then I had a message for a full week without a reply. I ended up calling and speaking with someone in a different department, because the two reps I had been dealing with were not available. The person in the after-sales service department was able to give me correct information over the phone. The watch arrived a few days later; almost 3 weeks after placing the order. Much longer than their advertised average of 2-3 days delivery. I understand that my watch was shipping from one of their locations in Europe, which was the cause for the delay. Had that information been made clear to me at the time I placed the order, I would not have been so discouraged. But the watch showed up in great condition, and I am happy with it. I would consider them in the future if they can get their communication improved, and be more upfront about specific details about the order when it is placed.
**UPDATE** WF&C reached out to me to resolve the issues. They refunded me on the full shipping charges, and also extended the warranty. That is pretty exceptional in my opinion. I would certainly give them another shot on my next purchase.

watch looks good doesn't function
watch is great looking but this expensive Omega speed master doesn't keep time, really only for looks unfortunately , doesn't function and keep time so , shipping was fast, service was quick, but super expensive watch is just a looks piece , as it doesn't keep time ..

An absolutely wonderful experience…
An absolutely wonderful experience purchasing a watch for a milestone celebration, from Jillian Kawasaki patiently answering my questions about 4 different watches over a span of several weeks to stumbling upon the store in SoHo where Darren helped me decide which size looked best on my wrist, I was always treated like a VIP with absolutely no pressure to make a purchase. I ended up purchasing the watch from the Watchfinder website ( it had to be shipped from Texas), and upon its arrival, found it to have been very conservatively graded. Because Watchfinder is owned by The Swatch Group, it gave me the extra sense of security regarding the watch's authenticity, along with a 2-year MANUFACTURER's warranty (rare for a 2008 Cartier), and the peace of mind knowing that the watch has undergone a thorough inspection for functionality by their team. I will definitely come back to Watchfinder for my next big watch purchase can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a pre-owned luxury watch.

I just received a very slightly worn 2025 Breitling and just love it. This was my first transaction with Watchfinder and I dealt with Josmar out of the New York Showroom.
