Similar experience to other reviewers over the last month. Orderd a $1500 watch, they confirmed order via email promising processing of 8-10 days. Was completely ghosted thereafter and it has now been almost a month. Worse than that, any attempt to call the company goes directly to a voicemail and no one responds to email. A complete scam, avoid at all cost.

Do not order from this company! They do not have watches in stock. This is a scam. I don't know how they are able to still have their website up and active, with all the card companies still letting the purchases go through. I ordered in April, a watch listed in stock with shipping in 8-10 business days. After a couple weeks and no watch/information on order status, I repeatedly called until I could get a response. I finally got through and was told my watch was secured/delayed in shipping. Weeks later, I tried message/phone calls/email trying to find out what was the status. I received an email reply later, on May 18, saying watch just received that day and was damaged, and they couldn't locate another. They would refund in full, and I should allow 3-5 business days for refund. I still (as of June 13) have not received refund and they will not respond to any form of communication. The watch still is listed on site as "in stock...shipping in 8-10 days". I have filed a dispute with my charge company trying to get my money back. I previously purchased watches through Watchshopping without problem, but something happened with them within the last couple months. They no longer are a credible company.

Something has definitely gone wrong with this company. The order is stuck in processing, call, online chat, and emailing are all down/no response. I am suddenly getting UPS phishing emails after buying from them as well (they ship via UPS).
Calling my bank for a chargeback.

Got my chargeback about 2 weeks ago and it's been over a month since initial purchase and the watch is still 'Processing'. Please do not buy from here.

I bought a watch from them on May 5th and have yet to receive it. I’ve reached out multiple times and they will not respond to emails or phone calls. Also, the phone goes straight to voicemail!! Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company!

Total SCAM - Crazy how this site can stay open. Their building location they identify as permanently closed. Fighting to get my money back.

Buyer beware- I have attempted to buy from them twice and never received the product. Excuses about the watch delayed coming from their “other location” with zero actual information, degrading to no response at all. Had to get my money back via AMEX.

Avoid this company . . . I ordered a watch on their website. After 3 days, I hadn't received any tracking information. After several tries, I finally made contact with a company rep. He claimed processing would be approx. 8-10 days. Once completed, I would receive an email with tracking info. After two full weeks, I tried to contact the company again. Chat function on website seems to never be manned. The 800 number goes straight to voice mail. I left messages via email, chat and voicemail. The company made no attempt to respond. When I looked into cancelling the order, I discovered they charge an 8% cancellation fee, which is ridiculous because their inaction and lack of communication were the reasons I wanted to cancel. I finally called my credit card company. They reversed the charges in full. Save yourself the frustration, and buy from a better company.

Ordered a watch over a month ago. Not able to contact the company via phone, email, or online chat for over 2 weeks.

Purchased a watch from them on May 16th. Received an email with the invoice and they also charged my card. However, after almost 3 weeks of no replies after sending out multiple emails and leaving voicemails, I contacted my credit card company and reported it as a fraud. Hopefully it goes thru and I my credit refunded.

Order placed on 5/5/2023 for an OMEGA. No automated emailed about shipping, no reply to me email, phone on automated message all the time. This company is NOW a SCAM and FRAUD company. I hope to be able to recover my money from my credit card company...

Placed my order on May 13th, got an order confirmation email that says the watch will be shipped out with 3-7 days. No shipping confirmation email whatsoever after 10 days. Tried numerous time with email and never any response. I also called their number and it always went straight to voicemail. Left the message but haven’t gotten any call back. Be careful, they might be legit a year ago but recently something went sideway and people are getting scammed. I will soon contact the loan company Affirm about this issue, and hoping to stop them from charging me.

REPORT YOUR ISSUES to both your state’s attorney general and the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). If anything we can get them reprimanded for what they are doing. I’m going to be submitting as many bad reviews as I can about this company in hopes it’ll somehow get their attention and maybe get us our money back.

I ordered a watch from Watchshopping.com almost two months ago at this point and they have completely stopped replying to my emails. They replied when i did not get shipping info after two weeks but after 6 weeks i have not heard back.

Their online chat is always offline and they never reply back to any chat messages either.

I have also tried call the phone number on their website but it immediately goes to voicemail. I left a voicemail and have yet to hear back on that too.

I see that other people have gotten the , " we noticed a defect" line also . At this point I have exhausted all channels of communication and this website is a scam.

i am willing to work with them if they reply back to this review... we'll see what happens next... otherwise i'm going to start blasting bad reviews everywhere until i get my money back.

Purchased an Omega Planet Ocean from WS on 5/2. Pia sent an email same day confirming purchase and stated she'd "be happy to assist with any questions or concerns I had" while the order is being processed. 1 week goes by and I contact Pia to check status. She responds within the hour saying they have encountered a delay and it could take up to 4 weeks to deliver watch. She did give me the option to cancel order, but I elected to be patient.

3 weeks go by and no watch and no communication. I sent several emails and left voicemail (don't expect to talk to anyone when calling...it goes straight to voicemail, another red flag) and received no response. 4 weeks go by and I send another email asking for my order to be cancelled and credit card refunded. It's been 2 days and no response of any kind from Watchshopping.com. I recently called my credit card company and filed a disputed charge claim.

I wish I would have done a little more research on this merchant before ordering. They do not keep any watches in stock. They are essentially a middleman/procurement service. When you buy a watch, they buy it from someone else...most of their so-called warranty cards come from eastern European countries and likely not legit and won't be accepted by the manufacture. If they can't find a watch that will turn them a profit, they sit on your order and essentially have an interest free loan from their customers.

Save yourself a headache and find another place to buy your watch.

I ordered a Seiko SPB210J1 on May 12th. Credit card was immediately charged. received invoice by email that said another email would be sent after shipping. But so far, no email about shipping. It has been 3 weeks. Sent numerous emails, and chat messages. Phone call goes to voice mail. Not a single response. As if they have vanished. I think this is a total scam. I am out of $700, and not sure what to do.

Avoid buying from this retailer.

It has been over 3 weeks since I purchased my watch and received my invoice. They told me it would take up to 11 business days for the order to be received. I have not received my product and they cannot be bothered to even respond to calls or emails. I have emailed their customer service, filled out inquiry requests and left voicemails with no answer. Good luck getting in touch with customer service. I am seeing price changes online, so I know the site is still active.

During this whole process I have politely been in touch with the company, but it’s extremely frustrating to have given them $1,600 for a product to be ghosted.

I would advise against it. Going to be posting in a lot more places if I still hear nothing from them.

Very disappointing

Worst experience ever! Ordered on the 5/28 then reached out with some questions via email, 5 emails in total as well as 15 phone calls unanswered and not one reply! Cancelled order this morning as there are so many reputable online dealers and these guys just dropped the ball BIG TIME!

This site is a SCAM, do not use it!

just like the prior reviews. I spent 1100 apples for a watch. They told me it was damaged and they were going to send me another one. Then they said they would refund me. Now they have gone silent on the will not return any calls will not return any emails.

I ordered a TAG Heuer Carrera from these guys on May 7th and still order is in processing. Customer care goes straight to voice mail, chat never connects and these guys never respond to emails. Not sure what to do now. Better stay away from these guys. I am stuck now with my money and no product till now and no response. Did anyone know whether these guys are operational because I can't communicate with these guys through phone or chat or email.
