I have a variety of watches and this was my first experience with this company. I ordered a Seiko Sports 5 GMT which at this point in time are next to impossible to source. I was quoted the 8-10 business days for delivery and it took a bit longer but I sent two separate chats during this time period and the customer service was immediate. I received my watch in brand new condition with all boxes and paperwork along with a personalized note from the company. Very good service and extremely satisfied!!

Ordered an Omega piece that was hard to come by. Was honestly very skeptical that they could procure it for the price point. Original purchase was made beginning of March. They quoted 5-10 business days. Contacted them after about two weeks, was told there was a delay and they may need another 1-2 weeks to fulfill the order. Contacted again towards the end of that time, and they stated the watch was on the way to them and should arrive to me early the following week. Monday the following week, I have my watch, and it is beautifully brand new, box, papers, warranty card dated right after my purchase. These guys will go the extra mile to make the purchase happen - just don't buy if you need the watch tomorrow. The service along the way was actually very good, associates were friendly and helpful, and apologetic for the delays. Be patient, and enjoy your watch. Highly recommend as long as you're willing to wait a bit.

They charge me for a watch that they don't even know if they have it or not. 22 DAYS PASSED and I still haven't received the watch. I reached out to them 3 times and same response all the time, "its in transit and there's nothing they can do about it". They said I still have to WAIT for atleast 2 more weeks but there's no guarantee so I end up canceling it. Its funny how they still have that watch on their list available. Will never ever ever buy watch again from them. Don't believe the 5 star on the reviews. They're all fake account.

I purchased a watch online, that was stated to be in stock. No problem with the 5-10 (or is it 8-10) business days to fulfill the order. A little put off with charging my credit card within 24 hours of placing the order. The 10 business days pass and no information from Watch Shopping so I reach out. Got the usual the watch is "in transit" and it could be 1-3 weeks more until it arrives. Really, it's in stock but 2 weeks wasn't enough to get the watch to the us and it could be up to 3 more week just to get it to the US. This just indicates that they don't actually have the watch in their possession, which ups my irritation when it comes to charging my card as soon as they did. At this point I cancelled the order and requested a refund. It took days to get a response to the cancellation and a promise of 3-5 business days to process the refund. I work in retail systems, it doesn't take 3-5 days to reverse a credit card payment. Still waiting on the refund. Now overall I would have let this order go through if they didn't charge my card until the watch was actually on its way to me, but there is no way I am going to pay my credit card bill with the watch on it, and still not know if the watch is even in the US.

Just got an Omega Seamaster Pro 300m from Watchshopping and apart from a slightly longish shipping period, very happy with the purchase. Got a decent price, factory warranty, and great customer support throughout the process. Excellent service and genuine care in helping me with my needs. The original watch I wanted came in apparently damaged. The stated that their QC wouldn't allow for it to be shipped with its condition. They offered to refund, I decided on another watch instead and received it and the refund for the difference in cost ASAP. Would definitely use them for another future purchase.

A watch that was estimated to take 5-10 business days to acquire before shipping took longer than anticipated. When I contacted customer support on day 10, I was quickly updated and my shipping upgraded. They kept me up to date as progress was made and ended up getting the watch to me just a few days later (earlier than expected given the delays).

Really good prices but the attention by the customer service reps was just fantastic. Helped me 24/7 to get my order on time. Very easy purchase. Would recommend to anyone.

They didn't actually have the watch in stock, like they claimed on their website, nor did they have a similar model in stock as quoted. I had to negotiate with them on a return, but they were very responsive and waived their 8% restocking fee. Backing out of an Affirm loan was seamless.

It took a while for me to receive my purchase but when I reached out to customer service about my order they reached out to me within minutes and were very prompt & professional and provided me with a tracking number. I received my order the next day. Very nicely packaged and great product.

Found a Tag Heuer watch for my wife that was supposedly finally in stock. Previously, they showed the watch in stock when it wasn't in stock. They said that the website hadn't been updated. This time, I called and spoke to someone and they said that they had the watch in stock and could ship it within 8-10 business days to their California store and I would receive it 2-3 days later. As others have stated, they immediately deducted the full amount for the watch. Well, after 16 business days, they stated that the watch was stuck in US customs with no further update on a delivery date. Needless to say, I tried to be as patient as possible but this is really no way to conduct business. Having no firm date for delivery, I requested a cancellation. I will never shop with them or recommend them to any of my friends.

I was really hoping they would be a good company. I bought a seiko prospex-spb125j1.
they took longer to ship than promised then when I called them they said it took longer because their warehouse was in europe.....then when I pressed it after an even longer shipping time they said the watch had arrived but it did not keep the correct time and it was the last one they could find. Then they offered my money back or I could apply the cost to another watch. Funny thing is they are still offering the watch and it shows "last one left" I think its a shill game and these people are conning the general public that they actually have inventory and can ship items. clearly they cannot.
