Excellent Sales Experience
I placed the order after reviewing multiple sites selling the Breitling watch I wanted. I chose Watch Warehouse based upon my previous purchase experience with them. I was not disappointed.
The watch arrived quickly, in the original box with the original papers. It was brand new (as advertised) and $1200 less than the nearest competitor.

I had to return one
I had to return one, my wife did not like, no issue in returns.
Ended up buying a more expensive watch for her, turned out it was not working properly, so they didnt ship on my schedule.
I called and had it shipped next day, great response to my issue.

Battery does not hold its charge
My watch battery does not hold a charge. with 24 hours under a light and 10 hours of direct sunlight and it doesn't work properly for more than 6 hours.

Great deal at Watch Warehouse
Very smooth transaction, called Customer support twice and the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and patient. Plus the watch was even nicer than I expected, and being in California I literally received it overnight, with the customer service rep going out of her way to get it shipped out thd same day. I’m definitely going to your website first for all my future watch purchases.
