WatchMaxx Discretion
Watch is beautiful, arrived on time, and had all original certificates & boxes.
However, WatchMaxx did not list this watch as a “Final Sale” item, nor detail what qualifies as a final sale item anywhere on their site.
I was given “Final Sale” and “no returns/cancellations” notifications after providing my photo ID. These notices seem to be given at WatchMaxx’s discretion.
If I am mistaken, please forgive me.

A reasonable company
I ordered the H68401735 and my experience can be summarized by this. Great customer service, reasonable price, my inquiry was answered at a reasonable time, watch was shipped and delivered faster than the 2-4 week estimate. Would order again

I ordered two and only received one
I ordered two watches, but only one arrived and the other one still hasn't arrived even though it's been over a month.

Don't buy watches here. Very bad customer service
I've bought Longines watches, and they requested to send them a photo of a credit card and a driver's license.
Support is afwaul.
1. In chat, I was writing for 3 days, noone didn't respond ever.
2. It was next-day delivery, and document processing took more than 2 days.
3. In email was the department manager's phone number. No response, no callback, nothing.
Noone giving clear information on what is needed, and it's worst customer service and experience ever!

We’re sorry to hear that your experience felt frustrating, that’s never the experience we aim to provide.
The transaction was declined by your bank, which means the payment was never successfully processed. Because of that, we were unable to charge the order and therefore could not ship the watch.
We informed you that the next step would be to contact your bank regarding the declined transaction. Shortly after, you requested to cancel the order, and we processed the cancellation as requested.
We’re sorry if the experience felt frustrating or unclear. That was not our intention, and we appreciate the feedback.
Very good watches and all authentic - delivery is excellent
That was my first order, but not the last. I placed the order on 01/14/26, received the watch on 01/15/26, and the watch was brand new and carefully wrapped. The best website to order your watches.
