Fantastic service! I bought a beautiful sapphire and diamond ring but unfortunately my usual jeweler couldn't resize due to its delicacy. When I emailed to say i was returning the item, they offered to resize for me at no extra charge. From sending to receiving back it was less than 7 days.
I couldn't recommend this company enough.

Fast professional service. excellent.

Lovely ring. Quick and efficient service

I am obsessed with my ring! Went to an appointment, the team showed me lots on the style I wanted. Free resizing. Controlling myself from not buying more!

I loved my experience with Wave Antiques. I followed them for a time admiring so many of their pieces. I thought it might be troublesome to purchase from them because I live in the US. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I fell in love with a cameo ring on their site and decided to give it a go. They had great communication - the ring arrived when they said it would - beautifully packaged and was as stunning as it was on their site. I know it’s just a matter of time before I find the next treasure. ☺️

Fast and friendly seller. Beautiful product. I would buy again from them.

A truly wonderful company - amazing experience from start to finish. The ring is beautiful and just as described - could not be happier!

Stunning ring and excellent customer service

Excellent! Super fast communication , great service. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service. I had concerns as never purchased such an expensive item online before however, following several questions about the item with customer service and with assurance that the returns policy still stood even after resizing, I took the plunge and purchased the ring, which I received the next morning! The ring was perfect, exactly what I was looking for and so much better in real life. Will definitely be keeping an eye on the Wave Antiques website for my next purchase.

Thank for you polite communication and an excellent product delivered quickly
