Sometimes our products may emit different smells. But please don't worry, because it is just the smell of disinfectant and is for the health of customers. We know that most plastic bags are sealed and it is easy to produce water vapor. So some unpleasant odors will be generated in the sealed package.

I noticed that you said that the hair is a little fluffy.We noticed that you received the hair for more than half a month. We can guarantee the quality of the product, but we cannot control the customer's care method.
