Great experience, not to be missed if you are a fan

Our City tours 'Guide' from Euston to Warner's was a bit superfluous. Meeting at the Euston monument at 10.45 for a train that did not leave Euston until 11.24 was annoying and not a good start. They could have just sent us the train tickets, the time of the train from Euston and instructions to get on the Harry Potter tour bus. The Tour Guide who took us around the studios was superb. He can only be described as passionate about the Harry Potter films. He was so knowledgeable, was so helpful and such a nice chap it made the tour really enjoyable. The meals we purchased during our break were excellent value, beautifully cooked and the service was seamless. Totally impressed with the entire experience. I shall now be spending the next week sorting through all my photos.

Your website is costing you business!

Awful website! So i can go on and look at whatever i want, but if i want to buy a ticket, i have to wait in a queue to get 10 mins to see what dates you have available..... erm no. Wonder how many customers you've lost since you started doing this...... If you're trying to apply the oversubscribed mentality to create urgency for clients to buy..... its not working!

Great customer service

Great customer service. I'm sorry to read some customers had a bad experience with the customer service because my own experience was great. I had to cancel my previous booking because of Corona virus and they responded very quickly to my mail to tell me I could rescheduled. I also called and after 10 min of waiting I had a lovely person (I think her name was Jade) who helped me to reschedule. My experience was great and I thank all the person who I've been in contact with.

Overall good, but Photo/video is a rip off

We went to celebrate my daughters birthday. The day overall was great, but when we got to the Greenscreen Broomstick filming, on the screen we saw Going down a street, going across water, flying over a railway, and then over the castle. We thought this would be a great memory, and paid £50 for 2 stills and the video. When we got home and downloaded the video, it showed her going down the street. Total time my daughter on screen was 6 seconds. THIS PART IS A RIP OFF. We expected the whole video for that money. Shame, because it spoilt our overview of the whole day, and we are no longer planning a return in the summer, when our friends over from Finland.

A MUST FOR ALL HARRY POTTER FANS WHO HAVE READ THE BOOKS & WATCHED THE MOVIES!!

Step in to the magical realms of J K Rowling & the boy who lived!!⚡️⚡️

Twice we have visited Harry Potter World so far now, both times it has literally blown us away with how magical the experience is.

Far & away the best weekends we have had as a family is visiting here & I can’t recommend the studio tour enough, from beginning to the conclusion of the tour the whole day is fantastic!! From the cinema screen, the great hall, platform 9/34, Diagon Alley to Hogwarts Castle & everything else in between.

The changing of the themes always keeps things fresh & keeps you coming back for more, when your tour ends you are in your mind straight away planning your next visit to the studios.

With regards value for money we have felt we have had our moneys worth both times we have visited.

Absolutely magical day out in the realms of the Wizarding World!! Here is looking forward to our next visits again & again because we love it here!!

Watford is not London

Watford is not London. Having a customer service line is useless if you never answer it. Don't tell people maximum 3 weeks delivery if that's not the maximum but instead the average. Losers. God I wish my Mrs wasn't into HP so I didn't have to deal with these jesters.

Online Customer Service

I have visited numerous times in the past and always been such an amazing visit but on two occasions now i’ve received outstanding customer service from Warner Bros the first being our tickets last year being cancelled due to Covid. Refund was issued near enough immediately and kept regularly up to date in the lead up to a refund needing to be issued. I have since rebooked 2 weeks ago for this coming Christmas but happened to book the wrong time ( granted it did take about a week to hear from someone but Warner Bro’s stated longer waiting times due to high demand and our visit isn’t for a while anyway) but my issue was resolved immediately with no further action or communication needed and I wasn’t charged the extra £10 rebooking fee. The lady that dealt with my case was more than amazing! Can not fault the studios or their customer service team!

DECEIVING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Or may I say inexistant!! The website doesn't even work correctly, I am unable to redeem my gift tickets that I bought two months ago even though all the information is correct! I planned a trip for my friend's birthday in March to visit the studios. I tried to redeem my gift tickets a month in advance but the website wasn't able to find my order (for which i received a confirmation mail). All the information is correct, I contacted the customer service BUT THEY DON'T ANSWER, almost all dates in March are gone by now and I am still waiting for their answer THIS IS ABSURD CONSIDERING THE PRICE OF TICKETS. Edit: A customer who had the same issue kindly reached out to me and told me to add +1 day to the " valid from date " and it finally worked!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have purchased a gift card back in November and still not received a confirmation email. Money has been taken from my account and there is no way to get in contact with them! The person who's supposed to use the gift is visiting me soon and tickets are running. If I don't get an answer soon, I won't be able to use the gift card.

dreadful customer service- Still not…

dreadful customer service- Still not received confirmation email even tho money has been taken from my account- Emails, Phone NOT answered.

The best experience

One of my best experiences lately. I would love go there again.. exposition is very interesting and entertaining for different age groups. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very lovely experience.

Very disappointing customer service

I am so disappointed in the service. I booked 3 tickets for a Christmas present but unfortunately tested positive for covid. I felt very reassured when I went on the website and it said you could reschedule if you had tested positive. I followed the online contact details to let them know I was isolating and needed to reschedule. I have sent 4 emails since 29/12/2021 and had not one response. I spent £145 on 3 tickets for it to go down the drain! There is no contact numbers and I don’t know what to do! CAN SOMEONE HELP

very bad phone line been waiting for more than 1hr no one answer how we can redeem the unsed ticket if no web site that can booked it or any customer service to answer the phone call.are they cant afford to pay someone to answer phone call even the ticket is not cheap.

VERY UPSET CHILD FROM DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely horrendous CustmrSrv. Absolutely non existent, how are they getting away with the stress they are causing people, was due to go to this with my very excited daughter until she got struck down with covid! They state that if this happens let them know by filling out a form and they will replace your tickets for another day,I have done this, now the day has gone now with the original ticket and they have STILL not even got back to me!! I promised my daughter we could replace our original tickets and go when she’s better but they have completely blanked us! I am absolutely disgusted by how they operate, this is a massive massive issue and I see load of people are having the same experience! Why is there management not been sacked over this it’s horrendous! Almost fraudulent!!!

A Must for Harry Potter Fans!

I've visited the tour three times now over around the last 5 years and I still love it each time I visit!

There's so much to see and I usually spend around 2-3 hours there. My favourite parts of the tour are the Hogwarts Castle replica as well as the Diagon Alley set.

It's great that new things get added to the tour and that there are different themes (such as Christmas and dark arts) so that the visits vary each time.

My 31st visit and still worth visiting

I wanted to say a few words about the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London.

I have been visiting since the tour first opened and last Sunday the 21st of November, my self, my family and friends visited for my 31st visit. Each visit is always spectacular. So magical and so memorable.

We were met by interactors Paulo Martins, Kaylee Mead, David (he use to work in retail but is now an interactor) Ben, Gareth, Donna Stewart, Claire Alexander, just to name a few. There are more but I’m afraid we didn’t catch their names. They were just so incredibly lovely. They were patent, and explained everything so well.

These Interactors, including others who were sadly off on Sunday are one of the main reasons we keep coming back. They are so incredibly wonderful and so lovely.

Warner Bros, thank you for bringing the magic of Harry Potter to us for 20 years. Here is to another 20 years and more.

Gift boxes purchase online

I went on line to buy my three grandchildren a ticket each for Harry Potter World as a nice Christmas present. Paid for three tickets and boxes, (so I thought). When you check out you buy three tickets with gift box. However when the TICKET arrives one ticket with a letter with one booking reference on 1 ticket included 1 envelope and 1 box.
I rang Warner bros to find out when the other two boxes were being delivered to be told" no that is all you are getting".
I said that is no good as they are three separate presents I would need to cancel get a refund send the box etc that I would then place three orders so all the grandchildren have the same box etc.
I was told it was my ineptitude and fault I had made the mistake whilst ordering as it does say I'd not to the same address place three orders, well they were all coming to my house to give as presents for Christmas.
Not very impressed to spend £130.00 for three tickets to be told no you can't have your money back, I was willing to have a refund and place three separate purchases whilst on the phone. I now have to involved in making the bookings and add the adult tickets and HOPE, in her words !!! they can be linked.
To say the supervisor I spoke to was unhelpful accusingly sarcastic is really not the best customer service and I will never buy tickets from them again.
I am now getting three blank envelopes and three plain blank tickets to gift.
Leaves me with a not to magical feel about the service. Or The Making of Harry Potter world. !!! Very bad advise, service and after care !

Amazing day out with caring staff

I can't say enough good things about Harry Potter studios.
I'll start with the actual experience, which was incredible. We got there late but we still had an amazing time walking around looking at all the sets, props, making of videos, and drinking butterbeer.
The experience was ruined slightly by Golden Tours getting us there extremely late and then completely abandoning a group of passengers including ourselves at WB Studios (highly recommend the experience, but book with a different company).
When we were all feeling rather defeated, the staff at Warner Bros really came through. They called the managing director of Golden Tours to find out what was going on, and when that didn't work, they managed to get everyone a free bus to Watford train station so we could all get back from there.
An amazing experience with staff who are willing to go above and beyond and seem to really care about their customers.
I would 100% book again, but perhaps arrange with a different travel company.
