Since your review in October, WealthCharts has been greatly improved based on feedback like yours. Our traders are loving the faster execution, reliability and better performance compared to other trading platforms out there. We were even named Best Prop Trading Platform by Benzinga in November 2025. If you have not tried WealthCharts since your review, we think giving us a second chance would be worth it.

We acknowledge your review. Please understand that this was really meant for the prop firm that you signed up with and who set the rules for your evaluation and what you needed to specifically do to pass and get funded. WealthCharts is a frontend trading platform only and has no influence on or authority over the prop trading rules from integrated prop firms like the one you mentioned here. We hope you were able to contact the prop firm to get clarification on the rules that they set for the evaluations that you were involved with.

Please remember that we have several different prop firms integrated that you can choose from and each of those have different rules for their traders to follow. Not being able to quickly close a trade is an issue we don’t like to see our traders have and we understand how this impacts passing your evaluation account. We're sorry that you encountered login issues in May 2025. We would like to know if this was related to a WealthCharts Ultimate membership or possibly with an Apex Trader Funding account. We have members accidentally mark WealthCharts emails as SPAM or unsubscribe and that is why we cannot get through to them.

During this time, we did have phone support as we do today and a very responsive support team. We would like to clear up any confusion, so please email us support@wealthcharts.com or give us a call at 262-299-6200 when you can. We want to make sure your login and billing issues were resolved.

This was during our initial rollout of the Apex Trader Funding integration and did encounter some issues. Today, the Apex integration is running very smooth and our platform is much improved. We're glad to have so many Apex traders on our platform today trading.

If so, we were still refining the platform and working through some early challenges with Apex at that time. However, if you reached out to our support team, they would have been able to assist you.

If you have not tried WealthCharts since your review, we think giving us a second chance would be worth it. We have made many improvements to the platform that include faster execution, reliability, and higher performance. The popularity and praise from the prop trading community led us to winning “Best Prop Trading Platform” in November 2025 by Benzinga.

It looks like the order fill issues you encountered were during our beta and initial rollout of the Apex Trader Funding integration. At that stage, we were still refining the platform and working through some early challenges with Apex. Unfortunately, we don’t have any records of you having contacted our support team regarding this issue.

Since your review from a year ago, WealthCharts has improved significantly. We’ve made major improvements to execution speed, stability, and overall performance, along with introducing new prop-focused tools like OmniProp, User Set Risk, and WealthTracker. These enhancements have helped shape a much stronger experience for today’s prop traders and even lead us to winning the 2025 Benzinga award for “Best Prop Trading Platform” back in November. Many prop traders today from Apex, Tradeify, and Funded Family Futures are enjoying better fills and less slippage than other platforms because of the improvements WealthCharts has made.
