It looks like the issue you encountered was during our initial rollout of the Apex Trader Funding integration. At that time, we were still refining the platform and working through some early challenges with Apex. We apologize that you could not access your evals at that time.

far away from Ninjatrader & co....
I just started trading with Wealthcharts via Apex... Free Trade Copier is the only positive thing so far. No Seconds or Tick charts is really crazy... Fix it, otherwise I need to switch to another platform...

Just HATE Wealth Charts although...
Got locked into Trade BULENOX buy and sell greyed out so couldn't close trade --cant go to brokers portfolio to close trade either with bulenox acct went to +3500 down to +1500 before I could finally close after opening and shutting platform 4 times and with support on phone--I told them to let me know what they found out of course they never called me back. Unfortunately I paid for a year so Im stuck with them--Today I tried to place trade Bnox again all set up properly --error trades placed only thru admin of course support call or on line couldn't help AT ALL--Stick wit NINJA Trader and save $1,000 per year (Would have been another $500 trade!!) Crappy Platform
one great feature they have live training and Q&A daily right on their platform

Improper forced rollover
The platform forces the trader to rollover to the next back contract with lower liquidity and wider spread in some instruments and don't let you trade in the right front contract. Also you cannot properly save you chart settings. Every day I need the adjust the candle sizes because even the platform has a save config button, it seems not properly save your settings.

We do not see any records of you reaching out to our support team, so we were unaware you were having issues with your contracts or chart settings. This is something our amazing support could have assisted you with in the Live All-Day Support Room along with our email and phone support.
If you’re still actively prop trading, we’d love for you to give WealthCharts another chance. We have made significant improvements to the platform over the past year that we believe you will enjoy. It looks like the order fill issues you encountered were during our early beta phase with the initial Apex Trader Funding integration. At that time, we were still refining the platform and working through some early challenges. However, it looks like our amazing support team was in close communication with you during this time.
Since then, WealthCharts has evolved significantly. We’ve made major improvements to execution speed, stability, and overall performance, along with introducing new prop-focused tools like OmniProp, User Set Risk, and WealthTracker. These enhancements have helped shape a much stronger experience for today’s prop traders and lead us to winning the 2025 Benzinga " Best Prop Trading Platform" award back in November.
