Really disappointed. Shipping policies say dispatch in 1 working day, with arrival 48 hours. It’s been 6 days and it isn’t even showing as dispatched.

Hi Christine. Great to hear that Spruce isn't irritating your asthma like other non-natural cleaners do. So happy to have you as a repeat customer :)
I love Spruce and glad I switched over
I have been using Spruce for over a year now, and I'm really happy with their service. Love the non plastic packaging, the scent and effectiveness of their products (I use the kitchen and bathroom sprays) and their general minimalist vibe. It is definitely an approach I wish more brands led with.
Thank you for helping us live more sustainably!

Excellent service and great communication
Great communication from the team at Spruce. I placed an order as a present for my friend, sent a request to have the invoice left out. The team responded swiftly and acted as I asked.
And the parcel arrived well before Christmas week amongst postal strike and pre-Christmas rush. Great service!

Hi Karen - so happy you are pleased with your Spruce! Thanks for taking the time to give us your fabulous feedback :)
The products are FANTASTIC
The products are FANTASTIC! They really do the job, smell delicious and the bottle is strong, durable and tactile. I love the fact that ongoing my household waste for cleaning products will be a few small paper packets, into re-cycling. Delivery was swift and when package was lost by the Post Office, a replacement was send straight away without any fuss. I love this company and highly recommend their products.

Hi Sarah, great to hear that you, your step mom (and your kitchen!) are loving Spruce. Thanks a lot for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review!
Awful Customer Service
Ordering process was very easy. Parcel arrived in a timely fashion. Making them up, easy. Smells amazing. Spray nozzles not great. Customer service absolutely awful, I have emailed - no answer. I have commented at least three times on the Facebook advertising posts - received a comment saying this would be looked into. Over a week later still nothing. Hate putting this type of review on, however, they have had sufficient time to contact me.

Hi Shirley, so happy to hear that you were pleasantly surprised by the cleaning power. There's a misconception that natural = not as powerful, and when it comes to our products we believe that is totally untrue! Thanks for taking the time to leave us your lovely feedback :)
Disappointed with the product
Disappointed with the product. Smells lovely when you spray it but the smell disappears immediately. Thought my house would smell really nice but nothing. Love the concept but sadly will be returning to my old products. Not worth the money

Hi Merida, thank you for your feedback. Cleaning companies for decades have made us believe we need to have that overbearing strong smell to feel like cleaning has been done. These synthetic fragrances in mainstream cleaners contain chemicals like phthalates which disrupt our hormonal health. We stand for the opposite. High product performance with a light, fresh, natural, and safe fragrance that most of our customers do enjoy. We totally understand that fragrance is a personal preference though and I am sorry to hear you were unhappy with your Spruce

Hi Melanie, so happy you love your Spruce! Thanks for your feedback
Great cleaning, great scent
I have the multipurpose cleaner, bathroom cleaner and floor cleaner, all on subscription now. Love the streak free clean and the smell of the floor cleaner is absolutely gorgeous. Refills take up hardly any space and I love that we aren’t breathing in toxic cleaning sprays at home any more.
