I only vape this juice for some reason not all vape shops have it which is unusual as this is the best stuff

I love supergood butter collection! I’ve tried all but no.1 and 10 and they’re all so good! I recently ordered 4 different ones and one ended up being out of stock, they instead sent 2 free juices of similar flavour and an extra no.7 to replace the out of stock no.2, which is my favourite anyway! They included a hand written apology note and a few packs of haribo! Definitely went above and beyond and it was very appreciated! Thanks team at supergood!

Broken items and broken promises to replace these items going on for months.

I have used this company for years and been a loyal customer. Getting a hold of customer service is impossible. My last order In March was not packaged accordingly meaning items had leaked and Royal Mail had to repackage the broken bottles. I’ve contacted customer service around four times since April and it takes them days/weeks to respond and when they eventually do I’m promised replacement items but they are never sent to me. Very disappointing inconvenient and a waste of my time. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I have no choice. Poor customer service

A great tasting vape juice. A little expensive but definitely worth it. Postage is too expensive. In my opinion.

Brilliant company to deal with, great products with a wide range to suit all. Customer service is second to none. Had an issue with a liquid missing from my order and immediately sent it out. Won't deal with anyone else now for my vape liquid.

Hands down one of the finest quality E-Liquids on the market, I have been using this company for the last 2 years and wouldn't go anywhere else, Premium liquid for a affordable price, royal mail also messed up my delivery and the team at Supergood couldn't of been more helpful in getting the matter solved, within hours I had juice delivered and sweets offered as an apology when it wasn't there doing.
