Unfortunately just dissappeared, there website is offline, not sure whats happened, tried emailing customer support but haven't been to get a response.

They are quick to take your money when ordering. Not possible to connect on phone number published. Emails enquiring about items under warranty go unanswered. Terrible shop and non existing customer service. I will never use them again. Save your money and go elsewhere

Sold me a vape that took over 3x as long to heat up as it said it should. Messaged several times about getting a refund/replacement and they've ignored all my messages

The initial issue I had with my purchase was dealt with efficiently and the after sales service was quick and courteous. Good value, works great.

Ordered from these a couple of times, fabulous service! Had an issue where the glass mouth pieces for my vape (the one already inside and the spare) both came broken and they replaced them immediately free of charge and got the replacements sent to me within 2 days!
