Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, i ordered 3 items and 2/3 arrived. When I asked for a refund on the missing item I was told, after waiting 3 days for an initial response, that my refund would be with me in 3-5 days and 2 weeks later still no refund. I would avoid wearth and just go straight to the main seller of the item you’re looking for.

Terrible delivery service. I ordered on 27th June and the item has still not been delivered. It was a birthday gift and no communication at all about lack.of delivery or a response to my query.

My partner and I had been looking for less wasteful oral hygiene products for a while and stumbled across Wearth. Ordered toothpaste and mouthwash. Haven't looked back since. Quick, easy, eco-friendly. Saves space in your suitcase when travelling (no need for travel sized products) Would recommend.

Shampoo bars
Wearth's range of shampoo bars is extensive and delighted that there are so many with environmentally sensitive repackaging too. The whole experience of shopping with them (I'm a new customer) has been straightforward and very effective. As long as I have hair to wash, I'll be back!

Ordered before Christmas 3 gifts to the…
Ordered before Christmas 3 gifts to the value of £150, packages didn't arrive in time so returned to Wearth. I have been chasing the refund now for 6 months. Customer service is un responsive.
Terrible ethics for a brand that is trying to convey the opposite. Absolute shambles and a scam.

Hi Cameron, I sent you an email on 15th March regarding the refund and I didn't receive a reply from you.
I was requesting your bank details so that we could transfer the £138.50 to you, as we no longer use the Fast payment provider, as they discontinued the service on 15th April.
We have since emailed regarding this and I am waiting for our founder to issue the refund via the Wearth bank account. I have just sent him a reminder to do this now.
I will confirm to you by email when refunded.

Bad experience and no goods
This is the second time we have tried this company, and the second time the communication after order has been nonexistent and that they have not shipped what we ordered, nor in fact anything at all, despite the order this time being 10 days ago now.
Would recommend to avoid them and shop elsewhere.

The brand Georganics disconnected themselves from our system as they are no longer selling on Wearth, but they didn't inform us, so we were unaware that they weren't sending out the orders. We were also struggling to hear back from them, although we have since and I see that your order has already been refunded since you left this review.
