Really disappointed with the company
Really disappointed with the company. I placed my order 10 days ago and have only received part of it. No communication from the company and when I looked on the website there was no number to call, only an email address.

Very happy with my purchase from Wearth
Bought recycled silver hoop earrings for a friend. Very prompt service and delivery. Arrived beautifully packaged in a little brown recycled envelope with dried flowers. The earrings were great; good quality and exactly as the looked on the website. Would use again and recommend to others.

Literally the worst customer experience…
Literally the worst customer experience I have had this year. Ordered an item 8 days ago which said 2-3 working days delivery and still not arrived. No communication no tracking just appalling. This was a gift for a friend which is now so late it is embarrassing. Avoid at all costs.Order no. 93455

Outstanding Service and Products
I discovered Wearth London in December 2020 whilst looking for Christmas presents and it was truly a gift in itself finding such a wonderful collaboration of products in one space that come from creative souls that are taking our beautiful home, Earth, into consideration.

Barnabys Brushes are a rip off
Paid £19.50 for a stainless steel Barnabys Brushes toothbrush (a bit steep in price but I thought worth it in the long run), which comes with a bamboo head. This head began to wear away after 1 month and after 2 months became completely unusable as it had worn away entirely so it didn't lock into the base of the brush.
I then discovered that it's £3.50 for a single replacement head, which is ridiculous considering you can buy a whole bamboo toothbrush for cheaper elsewhere on the wearth website. Surely the point of this one would be so it's cheaper in the long run? You can buy a pack of 4 bamboo toothbrushes for around £11 - which are obviously not going to wear away as quickly as the replacement head - so the whole thing doesn't make sense.
What else is annoying is that there's no way to write a review directly about the product which seems odd - you scroll to the bottom and it's all general 5 star reviews which could be about anything. I never normally complain but this just really annoyed me and I felt that others buy this should be aware.
