I recently ordered a banarsi lehenga with a customised gota patti dupatta. I availed the stitching services and everything turned out beautifully. The size is perfect. Martina and Ruchika specifically kept in touch with me all throughout the process and kept me informed about little derails. I am very thankful. Thank you Mr. Nishant Malhotra for your cooperation.

I ordered a made to order lehenga for a wedding. The lehenga arrived just a night before the occasion. To my disappointment the kalis of lehenga not even . I shared the pictures with the designer. The top was supposed to have churiyas but the blouse was so bulky on the sleeves .Finally it was fixed after the wedding but still not perfect. We spend money on designer outfits to have a classy look but the kalis and border itself was not even I brought it to the notice (upon sharing of the photo ) but I was assured it’s not that . Even a local seller or tailor doesn’t commit that mistake. For sure WEAVER STORY NEED TO REALLY HIRE A NEW TAILOR .
I appreciate Ms MARTINA to do her best to get it fixed but I guess the tailor needs to be replaced . Ms MARTINA is too good always provided the helping hand . I can share pictures of the kalis and the blouse. WILL BE STILL GIVING BUSINESS BECAUSE OF MS MARTINA .

The measurements were completely off. The clothes are useless to me. I texted them several times about this and no one even bothered to respond. They were very responsive before placing the order

I purchased a very expensive saree from this company in May. When I received the saree and I examined it, I found that it had a tear which they had actually darned and sent it to me. I was so shocked, they first tried to explain that it was the weaving process then admitted fault and sent an email saying they would replace the saree. For the last many months the saree was supposedly being woven new because it was a made to order one. I’ve been hounding them on a regular basis only told be told that it takes time and they would keep their word and send me a new one.
Fast forward to last week, the weaver is unable to make it because of health issues and they want to replace it with something else. I wrote a long email expressing my utter frustration and shock first of all for sending me a torn and darned Saree and then promising to send me a new one and then reneging on that offer too.
Of course now there is no response.
Just so upset, I would never recommend this company to anyone or buy a Saree from this company again.
Just highly questionable business ethics.
