Absolute scam of a company, have my backup phone on this for a week, just had a look at my history, and it has been used for the most random searches, about 3 times a day, everyday

Terrible install procedure, wants to repeat download and install until you delete the download file/s. Then wanted full file access.
If a free trial, why do they need email etc and file access
If it is a genuine app, they better clean it up to install faultlessly, and remove the scam (perhaps "- like") GUI. I won't be using or recommending.

Great idea on paper, but it failed at the one thing I needed.

I’m not a newbie—I went through the setup carefully and expected the basics to just work. But I couldn’t even get the PC version to talk to my phone at all. No reliable connection, no usable workflow, just time wasted.

If the core function doesn’t work, all the extra features don’t matter. Cancelled and moving on.

L'application ne répond pas du tout au standard du marché, je tenté de l'essayer pour un transfert de fichier d'un appareil à un autre et s'avère être une catastrophe, déjà par sa limitation (200Mo/mois), j'ai bugué quand j'ai vu cette information... Je me suis demandé si c'était une blague, c'est une fonctionnalité de base pourtant. J'ai fini par installer une application concurrente et gratuite, qui fonctionne mieux et sans restriction, dès qu'on a vu cette limitation, j'ai fini par désinstaller directement, sans savoir ce que l'application avait d'autre a proposer (De toute, dans mon esprit, tout est payant...) Ah oui... ce qui me dérange le plus, c'est le fait que ce soit en abonnement. Comme s'il n'y en avait pas assez, c'est complètement aberrant et n'a aucun sens d'exister.

Forse non è molto utile se si considera che si possono caricare gli stessi file su siti di file hosting, ma comunque è facile da utilizzare. Io l'ho utilizzato per trasferire file dal PC al telefono. In definitiva pare sia più un'app d'emergenza per trasferire file quando proprio non c'è altro modo per farlo (cavetto, bluetooth, nft, ecc.). Come scritto all'inizio ha più senso caricare i file sul proprio drive o dropbox e poi scaricarli da lì quando servono, però è comunque utile e soprattutto gratis. Magari può essere utile soprattutto se finisce lo spazio gratuito messo a disposizione dai siti di hosting di file cloud.

I had high hopes for this app. It looked promising, packed with features that seemed perfect for helping parents manage their child’s online activity. I went through the entire setup process carefully and tested everything thoroughly for two full days during the free trial.

Unfortunately, what I discovered was extremely disappointing.

Whenever I tried to block specific apps like WhatsApp or YouTube, the message “This app has been blocked” would appear briefly on my son’s device — but the app continued working normally. He could open, use, and close the blocked apps as if nothing had happened. Meanwhile, on my phone, AirDroid kept notifying me that he was “trying” to access restricted apps — when in reality, he was fully accessing them with no restrictions at all.

So what did the app actually do? It showed me his notifications and battery level. That’s it. For something marketed as a parental control solution, this is both misleading and frustrating. If the core function — app blocking — doesn’t work, then what exactly am I paying for?

Thankfully, I was still within the free trial and made sure to cancel before getting charged. But honestly, selling a service that fails so completely at its most essential task should be considered fraudulent. Maybe it’s time this type of responsibility was left to developers who can actually deliver what they promise.

Disappointed is an understatement.

Airdroid apps have been written very badly. Not only is it poorly written, but it also seems no QA has been done before the final release. There are too many obvious bugs even armature users can detect. It is also very unstable to connect to Android devices. It seems to connect between devices but Control and Mirroring do not work fluently. Other functions like Apps have lots more problems. I cannot even uninstall apps installed on Android devices. However, I do like one function that other remote apps do not provide. So I use Airdroid as a back-up system. I hope they fix all the bugs because it is a good app when it works. It is just very frustrating to use. I read all the reviews on the Google Play Store, but there are no good reviews at all.

I've been using Airdroid for several years to transfer files between my PC and phone. I like the fact that data is transferred locally. It works really well for me.

It's absolutely usless app, spen an hour of my life trying to send a file to my PC, watching adds to get points, which then are useless. Better use Google Drive for file sharing. Dissapointed

Absolutely useless. I have installed the app on my phone and my daughter's phone as they recommend but we can't call each other. We are able to text. I have tried the same sim on a phone without the app and also a different sim on the same phone and they both work which proves it's the app. I have been in touch with customer service but no use. Absolute waste of money and poor customer service

I canceled and deleted the account. When I asked for a refund, they said it was impossible because I had deleted my account.

Obviously, they can refund - they are just refusing to refund.

I paid for a sub to Airdroid Personal. At installation Norton AV warned there was an infected file.
Despite multiple emails to and fro over a month or more, Airdroid support has not provided a solution.

I do not recommend it because of Too much delay and poor streaming/mirroring quality (on iPad to Mac), they offer “in any network condition”, I have a fairly powerful network and it was not enough to watch at least with good quality…, also before managing to stream via USB, several connection failures appeared.

Tried to buy the app via phone and it rejected the first card, even though that card was fine, so I tried a second card. The second was successful, but if I was not paying attention then I would have been signed up for a relationship site for $1 for the first month and $29/month each month after. Cancelled the purchase and bought it online. Since then both cards have had fraudulent online purchase assigned to them that are linked to fraud sites and I had to cancel both cards. Coincidence???

As for the app, I tried to use it to transfer files from my phone. You can only transfer 100 at a time, clicking each one, one at a time. Very laborious when you have 100s of photos. I ended up doing it much faster via Windows.

Very usefull to manage any apple or android phone directly by website (web.airdroid) or from the app.
This software is in need for love because its almost the unique of the kind

I used the free App to download photos and videos from an Android phone to my laptop, without the use of a cable. All worked perfectly. I'm not a computer geek, but found it easy to do. Would recommend for this purpose, but have not tried any other features.

The support of AirDroid is incredibly bad.
First: they answer with days of delay.
Second: they don't want to understand problems.
Third: they claim to have solved problems, which are not even answered.

For people with the Unsubscribe issues:
It doesn't work in Firefox and it says instantly that the cancellation was unsuccessful, in Edge it will work on the first try.

I cancelled because i had some Lagging Issues even with the Cable connection. It seems that the software doesn't support 4K or HDPI modes, it looks all blurry.

I tried to cancel this trial for 2 months, and it didn't work!!!!
