I've been using Z.com for more than a year. The services are great, less downtime and better customer chat support.

I've purchased more than 5 domains in this site already. Their 1st year offer is really affordable and the domain renewal is better in price than most of the registrars out there. Been with z.com for me and my client's domain purchases since 2022 and will continue doing so.

Their Customer Service responds fast on queries and questions, and takes action to specified problems.

As someone without an IT background, Z.Com gave me the confidence to manage my own domains and build a website. It is perfectly budget-friendly for a new startup. Their customer service is also exceptional; they never leave you hanging and are always there to provide the clarity you need.

I was getting my domain proxied by Cloudflare so I need support to help me revise my nameserver details. Z.com support handled my ticket professionally. Banjoe was the one who assisted me and his response were quick and spot on.
