The platform I needed to use was Webador. It’s not Avalons preferred platform so it was more difficult for them to use. My tech was Zach and I liked him but he was just the interface with other techs who actually did the key strokes. The gentleman who sold me on Avalon seemed so knowledgeable but he never was involved after the point of sale. Those actually working on my website were not available for me to interface with. I would prefer to have someone or a team that I actually had communication with. This, the project was a bit “ disjointed”. Avalon did however get the project done and it functioned well enough.

WARNING — Extremely concerning experience dealing with this company.

What started as a simple website project quoted around $999 suddenly turned into thousands of dollars in unexpected charges. We were repeatedly pressured into paying for services that either showed no results or made no sense technically.

We were charged for SEO keywords such as mobile accessories, chargers, cables, etc., yet our website never appeared for those searches. We were also double charged for hosting services without realizing it at the time.

One of the biggest red flags was when they attempted to charge us approximately $2800 for an “all rights reserved/copyright” issue, claiming our website could supposedly face problems if we didn’t pay. After consulting with other professionals and even speaking directly with Google support, we learned those claims were misleading. When we requested official proof from Google, they could not provide it.

Things became worse after we questioned the charges and declined additional payments. Our website started experiencing strange backend problems, loading failures, and suspicious technical issues which independent individuals later helped us identify and fix.

The most frustrating part has been trying to obtain our own domain credentials, website files, and access information. No customer should have to fight to gain control over assets they already paid for.

We are continuing to document everything including invoices, emails, SMS conversations, and screenshots. Based on our experience, we strongly advise people to proceed with extreme caution before doing business with this company or related operations associated with webdesignavalon.com.

Lisa was amazing, the entire process was fast and surprisingly painless.

One of the best experiences i have had in a long time, Jay and Zoie were amazing, they followed up, and made sure everything that we needed was done on time. Very responsive and excited to help you build whatever you need. I will Recommend them everyday all day. They made sure our design was exactly the way we wanted it no matter how many changes we made.

My wife & I had to resurrect her web site after the company she did business with closed & shut down her site unbeknownst to her. I have 2 other web companies tell me that they would have to start from scratch and it would cost a lot to do. I trusted contact suggested I contact Webdesignavalon and boy, was he right on. Brandon went thru all of the initial steps to our complete satisfaction and then Adam and Robin jumped right in to show us a mock up of the exact site w/in one hour. They then worked with my wife to put the site together again and online all in about 3 days. Wow! They performed this miracle for about 1/3 the cost of either of these other companies. The guys are GREAT to work with!!!!!!

Highly recommend Avalon webdesign. Our project manager, Zach Miller, was a pleasure to work with. He is courteous, respectful, and very responsive to emails and phone calls. His dedication to help design and troubleshoot our website was great. The website came out beatiful and was completed within 30 days. Being a private medical office, we had to ensure our website was HIPAA compliant and also inviting to patients. Zach made sure these items were addressed in a professional manner. Because we had such a great experience with Zach, we elected to continue our website maintenance with him for a year.

Brandon, Adam, and Robin were very professional and personable. They work great as a team and are very knowledgeable and thorough. They made everything super easy, went the extra mile and explained every step. I am extremely grateful! Highly recommend!
