If I could give a minus 100 rating I would. My son made a mistake on his booking and was trying to correct it for two weeks and over 20 hours on the phone. We were planning on a reunion for the first time in 3 years due to covid. We flew from Malaysia and were waiting for them to come meet us all in Australia. Because their customer service is non existent there are no flights available now and we will not get to see them. I hope you guys go bankrupt!!! You are a big bunch of thieves. Don't ever use these guys. Why are they even still running with such terrible reviews. It says on the review to let webjet know. They clearly don't care.

Horrendous experience. Terrible customer service.

Having a very negative experience with webjet right now. I need to change my booking and sat on hold for 2.5 hours before my call 2as answered and was then placed back on hold for 40 minutes while my query was being looked into only to have the call cut out.
I then sent a message to their Facebook page and reci3ved automated responses every 10 minutes saying we will be with you soon for over 3 hours be answered and then advised my query had been closed due to inactivity after me not reply for 15 minutes due to my phone going flat. I then responded to this message and the automated messages have started again.

Incredibly poor customer service! I will never use webjet again.

Absolutely ridiculous services

Absolutely ridiculous services. I wait 65mins to get my call connected with one of the customer service providers. What do this people think that customers time has no value!!!! If you don't have enough employees to attend customers call atleast arrange call back services.
Also this website charged me hidden charges which was $36. I will not recommend anyone else to use any services with this company. They just ripped off the customers with hidden charges.

Have been trying to make contact with…

Have been trying to make contact with webjet for the past month due to a flight schedule change. Have lodged an enquirey and have still yet to hear back. Now I have been sent another email that my flight has changed again. What’s the point of requesting assistance if they can’t even get back to you from the 1st issue. Have contacted the airline directly but won’t help you because it was booked through webjet. Have had to pay more money for unplanned travel disruption now have to pay more money once again. Webjet need to step up and assist customers that have been effected and stop trying to push sales by offering cheap travel when they can’t even help the people that have already booked through them.

No customer service

Webjet appeared to have booked me onto a flight that no longer operates.

They are impossibly difficult to contact. Their chat system and call centre are suffering "high volumes" of calls 24/7.

I encourage everyone to avoid them. It is not worth the anxiety and hassle.

Edit:

I was able to get hold of them. After a long time on hold they tried to blame the airline, despite the particular "cancelled" leg of the flight not running at the time of booking.

The airline say that I have to deal with Webjet. Webjet would not refund my return leg until I'm at my destination! I do not want to spend my two weeks there worrying about a refund.

Webjet have also said that the current refund policy with the airline has expired and that I would have to wait until their back office could get around to it. Meanwhile, flights get more and more expensive.

After going around in circles with Webjet, I've fallen back on a credit card chargeback. I don't know how else to resolve this.

After not seeing my daughter for three…

After not seeing my daughter for three years ie: covid, 2 days prior to her leaving Italy for New Zealand, a leg of the trip was changed and option was a 4 day stay in Kuala Lumpar - not acceptable.

After A 2.55 hr wait to talk to customer service to discuss options I decided to receive a credit or refund to which an email has yet to be forthcoming on weather this option is applicable

I have called twice and timeframes have been in access of 2 hrs

It has been 12 days, No call no email no answers or correspondence - I want to find a Webjet office so anyone knows or has an address I’d love to face to face with someone?

DO NOT BOOK W WEBJET!!!

I’ve never have to bad reviews. If something was bad, I would just leave it but this company is way worser than bad and because of that I need to write a review.

Worst customer service plus worst people to book your flights. You might as well just book straight on the airlines website as going through a third party like Webjet is useless. They’ve changed my flights 3 times and they have lied about my flight having no connection flight on a specific day and once I accepted the change, I asked my brother if his flight changed as well as we were going on the same flight and he stated no. His flight remains the same which is bizarre because Webjet told me those flights were no longer available. I asked for them to change my flight back but now they stated it will cost. I didn’t even ask to change my flight, if I had known that the flights were still the same, I wouldn’t have agreed. Bunch of liars.

Refund process took 20 working days…

Refund process took 20 working days however it was supposed to be 5 working days as they mentioned. The flight has been canceled by themselves not me. Even it took a long time, they haven’t waived the booking fee because of their delay processing my refund. Terrible experience. Never book any more flights with Webjet

Webjet is great

Webjet is great. I used Afterpay to book a hotel and got the wrong location and I got a full refund with in 2 days. Thank you Webjet. I also booked in a hotel in a different location which is beautiful, thank you again.

This company should be stopped from…

This company should be stopped from cheating the public. I had made a booking for my wife & me to travel to India in May but had to fly out urgently in April to attend my dad’s funeral. Since then I have been trying to cancel my part of the booking retaining my wife’s booking. Can never reach them on
Phone or chat. I finally sent messages to whatever email addresses I could get hold of & someone called me only to say she will check with airlines & call me back. Haven’t heard anything after that. I don’t know how IATA or Commerce Commission allows such companies to operate such business. SHAME ON WEBJET, REALLY WONDER IF THEY HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF AT ALL😡😡😡

Extortionate and greedy

0 stars if possible, tried to rebook flights with credit from pre pandemic and they asked me to pay an extra 5grand for flights there were plenty of flights available around the same time with the same airline around 1600 which would have been less than the credit ammount I have avaliable. I've used the online service to re-book and only get any response over the phone, I have spent around 8 hours total on hold with them so far, one of my calls was hung up on after 3 hours on hold, and the one time I got someone on the line they ignored my request and "transferred" me to hang up an hour later. Other times they told us they'd call us back only to never call us back and claim they couldn't reach us calling a number that wasn't even a valid phone number absolute time wasters.

Horrendous wait times

Wait times were horrendous. Wrote an online query to change flights and got no confirmation for 3 days. I subsequently called them, but was 2 hours before anyone answered and now have been told I have to wait another 2 hours on average to talk to the change department or to wait another few days to get my request processed. Completely unacceptable - webjet needs to obtain more customer service representatives if this is the length of time it takes to speak to anyone. Would not recommend booking through this site.

Worst company ever 😡😡😡😡😡

Worst company I've ever delt with how hard is it to be like air new Zealand and let people book with credit instead of having to email for it to be done and still no reply am currently waiting for them to answer call and I've been on hold for 2hrs 13minutes so far 😡😡😡😡 do not recommend at all

Webjet Customer Service - Appalling

I have been trying to get a refund from them since December 2020 when Air Canada refunded to Webjet my payment. I have tried phoning to be told an immediate refund would be done; nothing refunded. I've tried contacting them online to do refund of credit; can't get past page 1. Absolutely hopeless, will never use again.

Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage, I end up paying primuim rates for checked baggage at the aiport after paid extra at webjet.

Spend 40 minutes on the phone waiting for them to answer and no luck.

Do not ever book using Webjet

I would truly, honestly to god, rather not travel at all than ever use Webjet again. Please take my warning: use a normal travel agent, or book direct with the airlines. Feel free to use Webjet to search for flights, but please then go to the airline website and book them yourself. There is even a good chance they will be cheaper than Webjet. There is absolutely no need to book via Webjet. Please do not use this service to book flights. I do not wish the scourge of Webjet upon you, or any living being.
