I thought this was a cheap deal i was opting for. As the flight from Wellington to Auckland was $49each and Auckland to Wellington $47each had booked for myself & 2 teenager's The inteniary emailed to me was for 1 passenger for $232.42 & the time for return was altered for an earlier time. Rang them they told me i had to make arrangements with Jetstar, Jetstar couldn't Help me due to a 3rd party arrangement & that it will cost an extra $100. to change the time of booking on the return. I booked my children on the same flights & times with me through Jetstar & it cost $209.00 for both of them arriving & returning. Webjet to me Charges extreme No Deals through them especially when you receive your inteniary & See incorrect time schedule and Price is different i had Screenshot flight & time given from Webjet, but was told to Contact Jetstar🤦‍♀️. Never Again for flights👎

Absolutely atrocious- will never use…

Absolutely atrocious- will never use them again! Contacting them is so frustrating and they are a total ripoff regarding using credits that have been issued due to covid. Maybe use their site to see which airlines are offering the best price and then book direct with airline or go to a travel agent where you can talk to a real person sitting right in front of you!

Shocking

Shocking! I booked with webjet, they failed to advise me a flight had been cancelled and failed to rebook one, then washed their hands of me and left me sleeping on the concrete floor at Sydney airport for two nights, with no Ausi cash and no credit card. It's a longer story but in the end an air line check in desk worker took pity on me and her boss arranged a free flight back to New Zealand, no thanks to webjet. Absolutely terrible service.

Fantastic customer service overall

Fantastic customer service overall. Our trip to Egypt and Jordan was cancelled due to COVID. We planned to fly with Etihad Airways, we chose to get our tickets in credit as there was a large fee for refunds. When Etihad accidentally refunded us and minuses off the refund cost, Webjet head offices chased up for 3 months until the airline refunded us the full amount.

The worst company I have ever dealt…

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Due to covid they said I could get an airline credit (from my international flights from NZ to AU) to use later which is understandable although I wanted a refund as I booked this pre covid. However when I rang them up to querie about possibly using this credit domestically they said I can only use it for a flight "to the value or higher" than what I booked. This won't happen if I want to fly domestically. They make the rules for using this credit unrealistic and unreasonable. They say it's airline policy when I know Air NZs policy's aren't this strict. I have called the call center 5x and they have never been helpful they sound like robots in the Philippines reading from a piece of paper. I have emailed them 2 weeks ago and got no response as I'm wondering if they can justify their bad service and stupid "rules". I will never EVER use webjet again. I would love a refund to get my money. Or at least for them to respond back.

Webjet are liars!

Pre Covid-19 we booked a business class flight for 2 from NZ to Greece. The cost was more than $12K. Our flight was cancelled. It is law in the EU that if your flight is cancelled for whatever reason the airline MUST refund your money in full within 7 days. We asked Webjet to refund our money and they said it would take 12 weeks! After some to and froing we were getting nowhere so we went to our bank for a chargeback. Webjet then told our bank that the airfares were non-refundable! Total lies!!! The bank has since discovered this to be the case and have now denied there attempt to block the chargeback and have agreed to refund the money to our account. So the moral of the story is DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THAT WEBJET TELL YOU THEY WILL HAPPILY LIE TO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. Poor show!

We have been trying since Sunday 15th…

We have been trying since Sunday 15th March 2020 to contact webjet to cancel our flight which is on the 19th March 2020.Now less than 48 hours left.
We sent a message request to their website and face book but zero response. Tried calling since Sunday but call will not even go through.
I managed to talk to someone from Virgin who told me that they cannot help with anything and to go through web jet.
HAPPY TO TAKE OUR MONEY WEB JET........ BUT...WHEN THINGS GO WRONG YOU CANT BE CONTACTED....
We have always booked through web jet but never ever again
We also see that web jet sends a standard reply to all the reviews.
REMEMBER THIS WEB JET.........If you do not contact people to help with their refunds....No one will ever use you again

Flight was delayed 12 hours, impossible to contact Webjet!

Flight was delayed 12 hours, contacted the airline and was told that we had to contact Webjet as the booking agent to change it/cancel it. The airline was happy to offer a credit in lieu of the flight.

I've now been trying to contact Webjet for 3 hours via their chat bot and URGENT phone line for flights within 48 hours
Neither have answered/replied.

Hard to complain about service when their isn't any!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Flights got rescheduled (3 hours earlier) 4 days before time of the flight. There was no phone number provided on the website, it took them more than 24 hours to respond to my email. They didn't provide a free alternative and the person I spoke to via messaging service stopped replying to me when I asked them for a quote for a change of flights. I wouldn't recommend webjet to anyone and I will DEFINITELY never use them ever again.

They completely screwed me over on…

They completely screwed me over on cancellations within 24 hours.
I contacted them 2 hours to spare for cancellations and after I had to explain to them how Air New Zealand and Virgin Australia policies worked, they then stalled to help me cancel my flights for days now. They tricked me into waiting over the 24 hours so that I now have to pay full cancellation fees.

When I called Air New Zealand and Virgin Australia directly they had much better customer service and offered full refund with my cancellations, but if you book it through Webjet then you have to convince them (and yes I literally had to spend hours convincing them), to follow the policies. It's been days and they still haven't got back to me. From reading the other reviews they probably will now for damage control but I already had to decide to stick with these flights and cancel my other arrangements. I'll never book through them again, but if you're extremely flexible in your travel arrangements by some chance, you might be okay after getting pushed around by them.

If there is a zero l will prefer to give zero! Webjet New Zealand really screwed up my holiday. I booked a multi journey ticket from Auckland to Kuala Lumpur than Kuala Lumpur to Miri than from Miri back to Auckland, two flights of mine were cancelled webjet New Zealand staffs they couldn't be bother informing me when l travelled from Miri to Kuala Lumpur my flight was cancelled and my flight from Kuala Lumpur back to Auckland was cancelled l had to paid another few thousand dollars on top of what l already paid to webjet New Zealand for my ticket from Miri to Kuala Lumpur and Kuala Lumpur to Auckland. Once l arrived back Auckland l rang webjet New Zealand making complaint and the staff told me they did rang me they rang my new Zealand landline, that was pretty stupid thing to do , l am at Malaysia they bloody rang me on new Zealand landline. Everyone don't book your tickets through webjet, there are better option out there

I booked travel through Webjet NZ …

I booked travel through Webjet NZ Christchurch -Welington Tues. 1 May & returning Christchurch Sunday 6 May. (for two persons)
When I printed off the tickets, the the return flight was for Wed. 6 June a month later than the planned return. (These bookings were checked by both my wife and I before we made the payment)
The help I got from Webjet NZ was very poor and they tried to place the error on us and then wanted to charge us a further $412.00 to change the return dates. Air NZ cost for same return flights $161.00 including all charges.
My advise don,t use Webjet NZ, book directly through Air NZ.

So my plan was to celebrate new year …

So my plan was to celebrate new year night at Wellington then fly back to Auckland in early morning and sleep then go to work same evening but unfortunately I was flying with webjet and my flight got delayed for 4hours. It killed me off because I was very tired after 31 night, instead of reaching back 8am which was planned I reached at 12 in afternoon n I could sleep and I had to go to work. Well I highly recommend NOT TO MAKE YOUR TRIPS WITH WEBJET or you will get screwed just like me.

Different story each call

My disappointment with webjet happened when an issue with the bank prevented the initial value being transferred. I called to explain the situation and was advised the funds would be returned to my account within 24 hours so I could complete the original transaction. At this point, to help expedite the process, I garnered all the required details from my bank and passed them to webjet. I then receive an email confirming the funds would be returned with no timeframe except for the booking fee which was 3 to 5 days.
Fast forward 48 hours, I call again to question the delay and am now advised the period for returning funds is 3 to 5 days. I question this as I have provided all the additional detail and am promised the notices have been sent. Again my bank confirms it has not received anything. 3 calls later, 2 of which were prompted as no call back was received over an hour after it was promised and the story changed slightly each time until on the last call the head office was blamed for the delay in issuing the requested documents. At this point I give up trying due to the feeling I am getting nowhere trying to get a clear straight forward answer.
Overall, from having multiple timelines provided and the feeling of being lied to with regards to the documents and finally blaming another department within the company, I am left very disappointed with the overall service.

Don't ever order from them

I have exactly the same experience as other people. I ordered my perfume in March. I got ANOTHER perfume than the one I ordered. I have contacted them several times since then and it´s almost June and I haven´t got my order yet - I´ve been waiting for it for more than 2 months. They stopped replying to my emails. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE, it will save you a lot of time and money.
