He took his time to explain every detail of the paper work I was required to sign, he was very honest and straight forward about any flaws found on my vehicle before negotiating a price. I was happy with the price we agreed upon. Having the whole transaction take place at my residence was extremely helpful. Also they were very good about being in contact concerning arival times and always on time. I would highly recommend this company.

The website is very good at giving a price so when you go into the office after your automobile is looked at and appraised there was no shock value. It was exactly what we thought it would be and Lee made it an even easier process.

The people with whom I dealt (Scott and Luis) were helpful, efficient and detailed. My selling experience was a good one although I was disappointed at the "Out the door" price. Deductions were made for cosmetic damage, but there was no allowance made for 13 month old tires or a new appearing top.l
