She made our appointment with Luis Santiago who came today to inspect my car and make an offer. He did a very good inspection, gave us a good offer and we accepted and received the payment. It was a great experience and Luis was wonderful but also very professional. I would recommend this company over Carvana or the dealership.

Overall, it was a good experience. It takes about an hour for them to evaluate your car. I was quoted $30,100 for a practically-new car (less than 8k miles, 2023 model Toyota). At the end of the process, they came up with $29,600. I complained that the online quote was $30,100 and they "asked management" to adjust it, coming back with $29,860. I think this type of practice is underhanded.
