Everything was good. The only thing that I thought was completely shady was the fact that a recording of the engine running was taken and sent to someone else to listen to. How do we know if you are truly being honest with us. That needs to be different in the future if we decide to return.

Carmen did her best to get me the deal I was looking for both employees were very amicable and I’m 100% a satisfied customer.

When I drove my SUV onto the car Lot I didn't know what to expect,When I walked into the dealer I was greeted by the friendliest person you ever wanted to meet a nice Lady by the name of Carmen I told her I would like to sell my SUV,she said ok Let me explain what I'm going to do we went out side she did a very thorough inspection of the vehicle,Carmen explained everything she was doing, I was very excited when she was finished and showed me what they would pay for my SUV,I want to thank Carmen for being so polite and honest.

She took good care of us . As well as explained the whole process step by step as she went through everything.

I was treated great from the phone call till the time I got there. I was treated like family through the entire process & selling my baby was very hard, but had to be done to pay bills. Great people & they answered all my questions.

The lady that we dealt with was professional and pleasant. She was training another lady and that slowed things down….including phone calls and other interruptions. She was very apologetic, but we ended up being there for 3.5 hours! It was worse considering we had friends waiting for us and ended up having other friends rcome and get us, as the first had to leave.
We didn’t get as much as we wanted for the car, but everyone has to make a buck.

A very nice gentleman, Roger, called me from the company today.
He was extremely apologetic for wasting our time. I emphasized that I didn’t blame the girls in the office.
He was very concerned about our time being wasted and inconveniencing our friends. He actually gave us a small reimbursement for our time. This, I have never heard of before!!
In all it gave us an impression that the company actually had some concerns for us and our experience. In fact, I would change my rating to 4.5 except there was no half star!

I continue to be surprised and pleased with the company response and consideration.
I will therefore increase my second review to a 5 star recommendation.

They worked with me and got me enough for what I wanted for my car thank you
