We scheduled an appointment for 11 am…
We scheduled an appointment for 11 am and had to reschedule to noon at the request of the company. Ok we agreed to that expecting this experience would take less than 1 hour. Arrived just before noon and the person that was there was dealing with multiple issues which delayed the process for our vehicle. Long story short we got done around 2 pm and had to go back and forth to get an amount for the car that was finally agreed to. This process should not have taken as long as it did- the car we were selling was 17 years old so it is not going to be in pristine condition. Not sure we will go thru this process ever again. The person we dealt with was ok but had too much going on that day.

Simple and Fluid Process
The process was simple. and though each situation is different, the process adapts to each scenario fluidly making selling a car rather convenient. Carmen was extremely helpful and resourceful and managed to handle the acquisition of my car, paperwork and all, while engaging with me throughout the process.
