Next day delivery fail

I paid extra for next day delivery as I needed the items the next day and the date was confirmed in an email. However the items didn’t arrive until 2 days later. They even had a big sticker on them saying they were for delivery at the later date. I emailed customer services and they agreed to refund my next day delivery charge, but no other compensation for the inconvenience that meant I had to go out and purchase from elsewhere the next day.

Repeat customer here. Have used wecansourceit frequently and every order is shipped on time, packaged well and great value. Dont bother searching around, just use them!

in terms of dispatching the item …

in terms of dispatching the item the delivery was spot on, only the carrier was messing about also found the paper bags was rather thin in terms of the quality of paper used.but otherwise it's all good.
