The quality of service was excellent. The hammock arrived quickly and well within the estimated delivery time. Dave responded really quickly and helpfully to my questions on email. Unfortunately, I had to return it (my mistake, not theirs) and the refund was issued immediately. Note I can't comment on product quality because I never opened the box!

Unfortunately the supplier couldn’t fulfil our order. This was promptly communicated to us by WDH, and a refund immediately issued. Not ideal, true, but at it least it shows these guys can be trusted.

Purchased for our campervan as we wanted something small, easy to set up and can be transported about when space is at a premium.

I wasn't disappointed upon receiving it, comes in a carry case, easy to erect and very good quality.

The only issue is I don't get to use it much as the eldest daughter and the wife take it in turns. My daughter has used it for chilling and sleeping, she even got in her sleeping bag and got her head down when the weather turned a little.

I won't go anywhere without it now and it has become a must pack item.

Would I buy again - most definitely

They take time to understand your requirements and walk you through the various options. We purchased the Palmera Rockstone Hammock Chair Stand which works perfectly in our conservatory. We would have no hesitation in recommending both the company and their products.

I was looking for a hammock for my daughters birthday and had left it a little short of time. I emailed WeDo Hammocks to see if they could get it to us within a week so it could be here to be built in time for her birthday. I got the hammock in 2 days!!!
Such great service is rare to find these days!

Great product and great service

I had previously reviewed this product saying that I was very happy with it but there was a small rust patch that my husband was going to deal with. From the review the company contacted me and sent me a replacement part, “saying they look after their customers.” What more can I say excellent customer service, I would definitely recommend this company. I was already happy with the hammock, but now I’m also impressed. Not many companies go out of their way like this.

Do buy from this company. The hammock arrived much quicker than anticipated. Well packed and exactly as seen on their website. They are easy to get in contact with and really responsive to messages. I wouldn’t hesitate in buying from them again. Oh, and the hammock I bought - a Vivere mesh with stand- is excellent too!!!

Were extremely helpful and accommodating. The item I ordered turned out to be difficult to source. When I emailed to chase they rang me back to talk through what alternative options they could offer as i had said it was a gift. They were extremely helpful and accommodating and went above and beyond what I expected. Ultimately I got a variation of the hammock I wanted, at a good price, and the recipient was very happy with the gift.

unfortunately the Hammock was slightly damage in the post when it arrived but no fault of your company.Also had a mix up with my order at first.Having said that, the service from you was excellent in sorting things out and discounting my Hammock for me by £30. Your staff were very helpful when l first called and discussed what type of Hammocks you had. Very friendly on the phone and email contact was excellent as well. I would certainly used your company again in the future ,and will recommend you to my friends and family if they ever need a Hammock!

Excellent Customer Service

I am very pleased both with the product and the excellent customer service I received from WeDo Hammocks. After an issue with my order (outside of their control) David from WeDo Hammocks was incredibly helpful and communicative all the way through to resolution.
