The responsiveness of the support team made the experience great.
The bathtub is very convenient. It takes much less time to do the bath with baby especially at the beginning when he does not like that so much.

Have contacted numerous times after purchase and received no reply at all. items supposed to be delivered to the UK in 3-4 days but hasn’t even shipped yet. absolute joke. i will be taking legal action

as of 1/7/23 i still have not received my item. i was told it had been officially shipped on 23/6/23 - that was the 3rd time it had been ‘officially’ shipped. and now you’re saying it was shipped on 26/6/23. the only thing i have received from this company is several rude and unprofessional messages from their ‘customer service team’. also seeing as i got a response from them at 3am italy time, i think that shows how dodgy and fake the company is. do not purchase from these scammers

Terrible experience. I ordered two baby car seats earlier this year and was told it would be delivered within 1 week. I tried numerous times to get tracking information or a confirmation email. After about 3 months, they finally sent me a tracking ID which showed that the delivery had not even been shipped yet. It finally arrived after about 3 and a half months of waiting

- I’ve now had to pursue a refund via my credit card as I they will not respond I have asked numerous times for a tracking number it’s now been 3 weeks when it states on the website 3-4 days to uk.
They were quick to msg me when they wanted my money but once paid it’s been a disaster. I explained I needed the stroller for holiday.
They also said in a single response that the supplier was due to dispatch meaning these are a drop ship company. I wish I’d have known and shopped in the uk.
I want my money back!!!!! And now they won’t respond.
UPDATE: they came back only after I wrote this review with an excuse they had experience technical difficulties my order arrived 7 weeks later followed by custom charges of £70 that were not refunded! And the STROLLER IS THE WRONG COLOUR!
I ordered green black has arrived I could have got a black one next day in the uk I ordered from here because they had the green that I couldn’t get from home. I then msgs to say I wasn’t happy and another shock! No response was made! Fraudulent company with zero customer service I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Good experience, it only took 1month and 1 week to get my large package out here in California. Response time on WhatsApp was good but could have been a little better. All in all I would order from here again.

Definitivamente no compren en esta página yo también tengo un mes esperando mi carriola porque tengo un viaje en puerta y nadie contesta ni mail ni whatsapp. Pésima atención al cliente. La pedí el 25 de marzo y sin respuestas de nada.
Hoy 22 de marzo Ya han pasado 60 días de mi pedidos y sigo sin respuesta. Su pagina es pésima ya que no te deja picarle para devoluciones ni nada. Ojo no compren nada de verdad.

Do not recommend this company at all.
Ordered a product which they said would be delivered within the week. 6 weeks later I still hadn't received the product and had very little correspondence from them, despite numerous emails.

Had to get my bank involved.

Ordered a high chair, was informed I would have to pay UK customs duties they said the procedure is simple and very transparent:

1) you cover for the charge
2) you confirm receipt of the package
3) you forward to us proof of payment
4) we refund you the italian VAT (22%) initially paid.

After paying the UK customs duties they have ignored all messages from me and have not refunded the Italian VAT which was initially paid nearly 4 months ago. Not “simple or transparent”

Ho aspettato i 15 giorni lavorativi che il venditore mi ha chiesto per reperire il prodotto,ma sono rimasto soddisfatto del trattamento ricevuto e della consegna. Dopo 1 settimana non ricevo nessun aggiornamento.
Apro un ticket nel sistema di assistenza in cui (dopo 5 giorni di attesa) mi rispondono che il fornitore è chiuso per le festività e che non possono spedirmi l'ordine.
Gli credo e attendo la fine delle vacanze natalizie.

Il 4 gennaio mi scalano lo stesso i soldi dalla carta ma non spediscono nulla. Attendo fiducioso.

Il 10 gennaio, non ricevendo alcun aggiornamento, scrivo ancora. Apro l'ennesimo ticket, invio un'email, scrivo su whatsapp e provo a chiamare al numero di telefono del sito: NESSUNA RISPOSTA da nessun canale di comunicazione.

Da una semplice ricerca scopro che il sito Welcomemrbaby.com è di proprieta di "La nuova culla del bimbo s.r.l."

Chiamo il numero di telefono diretto, per 55 volte su più giorni, senza ricevere risposte.
Dopo qualche giorno ricevo una mail vaga in cui mi si dice di cercare un'alternativa.

Chiedo di poter parlare con qualcuno per capire come procedere ma da allora (13 gennaio) non ricevo più alcuna risposta.
Oggi è il 3 febbraio.

Ho perso più di 200 euro e, nonostante le mie richieste di rimborso, non ho ancora ricevuto nulla: ne soldi ne l'ordine.

Scopro che "La nuova culla del Bimbo s.r.l." a cui fa riferimento il sito welcomemrbaby.com ha anche altri 3 e-commerce di prodotti per l'infanzia, tutti con recensioni NEGATIVE.

son unos rateros, no dan la cara y no envian tu producto, llevo mas de 1 mes esperandoo respuesta y no ayudan en nada, no contestan, te ignoran rateros ojala los metan a la carcel, algun dia van a pagar por estafar a la gente

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered a portacot over 6 weeks ago and have contacted the company numerous times as the order hasn’t been sent and I would now like to cancel the order and get a refund but I have not had a reply to any of my messages. Extremely poor and feel like I have now been scammed over $300.
I am now considering legal action.

A lovely experience all around. We enjoyed browsing this website, appreciating how straightforward and user friendly it is. After a few days of back and forth with their customer service, we made our final selection and we purchased an amazing Bloom Fresco high chair. A huge package was delivered a few days later to our door, and we noticed great care in protecting sharp corners.
5-star is our rating for these now friends of ours!

Con fecha 7/11/2022 hice la compra de un carrito de bebé (pedido n°22780) y a fecha de hoy, un mes después, todavía no tengo noticias por parte de Mr Baby sobre cuándo llegará.
No sé si es problema de ellos o de su proveedor, pero me gustaría que fuesen más claros y comunicativos.

Edito mi reseña inicial. El día 28/12 llegó el carrito a casa, en principio lo ensamblé y parece estar todo bien.
Bajo mi punto de vista genera desconfianza el hecho de que no respondan a los mensajes y no sean claros a la hora de transmitir los plazos reales de entrega y disponibilidad.
Si mejoran dicho apartado creo que los clientes estarán mucho más tranquilos y contentos.

Unfortunately I need to agree with some previous negative opinions. The procuct I ordered came pretty quickly however it was a wrong item (diffrent colour than orginally ordered). I contacted the seller immediatly (both throuh email and What's up) and haven't hear from them since almost two weeks. I don't recommend ordering from this seller! Seems they don't really care about customers!

Excellent service, perfect timing

I admit that I was a bit peculiar about my instructions. I bought this ride-on tractor for my nephew but asked for a delivery exactly the day of his birthday, even if knowing that it would be shipped from abroad.
I am not sure how they made this happen, but the courier came that very morning, and all my worries went away.
One component was partially cracked and they sorted the issue the following week.
I can't recommend this service more.
